I have never had a problem with Cipollone, everyone is pleasant, professional, courteous,from the office staff to the techs! Have relied on them for more than thirty years, wouldn't use anyone else.
We recently had a heat pump failure that was evaluated by John Cipollone Inc. & Team, in particular Matthias. Matthias provided various options, but ultimately arrived at a solution the was half the cost of replacement and involved evaluating the entire heating system and ductwork. The work was cost effective, done timely and Matthias kept us well informed throughout the entire process. We recommend and will use them in the future.
We had a Mitsubishi Ductless Heating and AC unit installed by John Cipollone, Inc.. Our experience was extremely positive. The installation crew was very knowledgeable, professional and neat. Matthias (Company President) and his team took time to answer all of our questions, and provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this company for your heating and AC needs.

Matthias and the team did a great job working with us to choose the right heating/AC system to install in our new home. The team is extremely responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable - I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for HVAC services. We have known others who have used this company as well and they had wonderful experiences too.
From a number of companies we looked at, this company was the only one that actually thought about our situation and provided a solution to the problem we were having. While it was not the cheapest one, it was the only one that got the job done properly

Unfortunately I am in New York and they don't service New York area but Mathias gave me very very helpful information in text messages to help me solve my problem. For a company to do that I highly recommend them.
I needed some advice about my ductless AC unit. I saw the option to message them and get a response. The response was quick and they even answered my follow up question.
Repeat customer. Once again they knocked it out of the park installing a brand new AC unit. The quality of work is simply far, far superior to the big brand names I used a decade ago, and they're more affordably priced. I've felt nothing but really, really great about both of my upgrades over the last year.
John Cipollone Inc replaced a whole house air purifier for us. I was super satisfied from begining to end. Matthias is the most knowledgable technician I've ever met. From our initial consultation up end to the project completion, he explained to me everthing that I was curious to know and he would come up with to figure out my issue, not only patiently but also professionally. Most importantly, Matthias did not sell me a single screw ( contrast to some other sales ' technician') instead he has always been helping to find out what the problem really is. Their crews Tim and Dave are as well hard working, creative, and experienced. I was so happy working with these guys! I would say it can't be wrong to have John Cipollone Inc as your HVAC specialist. I'd highly recommend them!
We had a great experience purchasing a new heater, AC unit and some duct work from Cipollone. Mattias reviewed all our options, answered a lot of questions, was knowledgeable and professional, and his team was really skilled. He followed up with us about a month later, and offered to come back to make some adjustments to the ducts, which really improved the air flow to two bedrooms. This kind of service is hard to come by. We would wholeheartedly recommend.
My family has been using John Cipollone Inc since I was a child. Recently when my furnace died (on the coldest day of the year) they were quick to come out and even supplied us with space heaters to make due until they installed a brand new Carrier system. Everything has been working perfectly ever since!
We have lived in our house for almost 30 years and Matthias was the first to solve the problem of unequal distribution of the air among rooms. The house is not only amazingly more comfortable but we can keep the thermostat higher during the day. Matthias addressed the air pressure which is not an aspect of the system that we had not heard about before.
I had an issue with my heating system due to an incorrect installation from another contractor. Matthias, Larry and Tim took the time to investigate the issue and determine the best solution for our home. Their repair resolved the issue and they even followed up a few times to ensure we were pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

Matthias K came to my residence and assisted me with setting up my new thermostat with Alexa and another HVAC issue. I purchased a new heat pump from John Cipollone Inc back in March and Matthias was very involved with the installation of the heat pump and did a superb job. I've been a customer with John Cipollone Inc for close to 20 years and it's my pleasure to "hi ghly" recommend this HVAC company. The entire staff is wonderful to deal with regarding my HVAC needs.
