Dan Bloomfield was amazing! He was prompt, friendly, really knowledgeable about our HVAC, and got us cool again during the heatwave! Even our dog, who is skittish of new people, really liked Dan :-) Would recommend Sky and Dan every time!
We had an issue with our HVAC during a hot day, I called Sky, they had Ryan out the same day and he fixed the issue quickly. Ryan not only corrected the issue but made sure it would not happen again by installing a switch that was missing at no cost. I am so happy we went with Sky Heating.
We had such a great experience replacing our HVAC system with Sky Heating! So we decided to reach out to their electrical team when we needed some things updated and repaired in our home. Our electrician, Matt, was on time, knowledgeable, and just really easy to work with!
I really wasn’t sure what my problem was and these men were very thoughtful and explained everything to me and fixed it quickly. They made sure I was happy and had no other questions or problems before they left Also communicating with this company and scheduling my appointment was so easy. I will never call anyone else for plumbing services
Josh came out today to check a sensor that was acting unusual and he thoroughly checked over everything before determining I need a new sensor. He was very polite and concerned that I was having an issue and I feel confident in his work. Sky Heating has always been very professing you can really tell they care about what they are doing. Jeff F was over today for plumbing, I had an 8am to 4pm window. He was knocking at my door at 8:01. I've used Sky a few times at this point. Their dispatch is always kind, their wait times can be a bit long, but every service person they've ever sent out has been phenomenal. They'll stop work and come get you if they think something won't be up to par and provide options, rather than maliciously charging through to make their day shorter and/or make it to the next place on time (probably why their wait can be a while). Today I was doing a toilet replacement with one I had already purchased (and the old one was clogged and awful). He set it and pointed out the footprint of it differed from my last one and the guys that had tiled the bathroom floor left gaps this one wouldn't cover. He laid out all of my options and made sure I got what I wanted. I paid more than the original estimate for him to pick up a toilet that would cover the gaps without him using excess caulking, but he gave me that option as well that would have stuck with the estimate. I'm sure you can find cheaper somewhere, but you get what you pay for. Thanks Jeff!
We have used Sky Heating a few times and always had a great experience. The sales team is fantastic and really takes the time to put thought into the project to determine how the installers are going to complete the entire job. They are very accommodating to our specific needs and easy to work with. I recommend them on your next project, we've had a Water Heater and a Mini Split Ductless system & Electrical sub panel installed.
Sky Heating and plumbing were very professional. In and out without any issues. Fixed our garbage disposal and made sure we were satisfied.
AC went out and sky came within 2 days and fixed it up. Josh Ward was very friendly and helpful. Thanks sky.
It’s not fun, having to replace a major appliance for your home, but the team from Sky Heating/Air Stars made it painless. First the salesman, Nathan Gross, proposed a new central furnace at a very good price compared to the competition. After we accepted the contract, the Install Coordinator, Natalie Eichler, scheduled the install for the following week. I was amazed, given the supply chain problems everyone has been having. On the appointed day, the install team of Andrey Altuhov and Randolph Bain arrived on-time and immediately got to work pulling out our old furnace and installing the new one. When they determined that the existing electrical breaker was wrong for the new furnace, they called in an electrician, Steve Harper. The entire process was complete by mid-afternoon, that day. They left our furnace room in better shape than they found it: all possible air leaks taped and the floor swept clean. I recommend them, highly.
I have used Sky for an AC installation, a repair, and an AC and furnace replacement at different residences and they have always been reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and professional as well as prompt. I think they do good quality work and provide quality products.

Had ac go out. Normally I fix the small stuff myself. Through testing I realized might be bigger issue than I wanted to bother with. The person I use to use retired. Emailed Sky heating. Very professional company. Had an appointment come available sooner than expected so they called and rescheduled. Tech came out and confirmed what I thought. Gave me a price to fix it and it was in the ballpark of where I thought the bid would be. Tech was professional and thorough. I would use them again.
Jeff Friberg was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We needed three drains unclogged, one of which has been repeatedly problematic. He made some suggestions, was honest about what did NOT need to be done, and gave some guidance and a quote on another plumbing issue. This is my second contact with this company; I appreciate the ease of scheduling, and will definitely use again.
My water heater started leaking, I called and 24 hours later Carlos came and replaced it quickly with care. Would definitely recommend!
