Never using anyone else!
Installation began at 8:30 on schedule and was completed by 5PM. The crew is very professional and respectful. Booties are worn inside the house. Worksite was tidy during the installation. Complete clean up and haul away of debris at the end of the job. Programming of the system and testing completed. Very good attention to detail yielded a sanitary looking installation of the electrical, plumbing and exhaust connections. Walk around and review of the installation done on completion. A very nice install. I highly recommend Three Rivers Heating and Cooling.
Second time using Three Rivers H&C. Both times, wonderful service! Quick, professional, attentive and the pricing is great. We were fortunate to have Brad come over both times. I cannot state how great he is! He got down to business and fixed the issue, then took the time to explain it in easy to understand terms, what the resolution was. I would recommend Three Rivers over any other HVAC company in the area.
I've called Three Rivers two different times: once when our furnace quit working, and once when our AC unit quit. Both times my call was answered immediately, a time was scheduled and the service person arrived on time or early. Work was completed quickly and effectively. Both times I was impressed by the professionalism - clear explanations and solutions. I highly recommend Three Rivers.
Jesse and the guys at Three Rivers show up on time and do good quality work. They installed a full HVAC system in my house and a mini split in my studio. Highly recommend going with them for heating and cooling help.

Jesse and Brad were great to work with! Jesse answered all of my questions, was very informative, prompt, and coordinated extremely well with my waterproofing contractor to schedule the furnace installation around the water proofing project. I am very happy with their work, and will use them to install my air conditioning down the road. They provided some of the best customer service I've ever received from a business.
Brad and Jesse are the best in town. I have used them a couple of times to install new gas lines. Each time they have been very professional and did excellent work. Will definitely use them again!

Brad with Three River’s Heating and Cooling is fantastic. Impeccable customer service. When I shared with Brad that an elderly person lived in this home, he was quick to get us an appointment. Brad did furnace maintenance in addition to giving us an extremely reasonable bid for a new furnace. We will use Three Rivers for all our furnace / AC issues not only at our rentals, our primary residence, as well. Thank you for doing your part to be one of the good guys!

BEYOND happy with the service I received. Brad went above and beyond to make sure our furnace was fixed and he finally taught us how to use the system after 3 years. We've had so many companies come through and they couldn't understand how our weird system was setup. But he took his time and got everything taken care of. We finally have consistent heat and a much more efficient setup. Thank you!
We have used Three Rivers Heating and Cooling to manage the furnaces and air conditioners at our houses as well as helping us with the systems at work. Each time, Brad and his team have delivered top notch services, on time and at good value. We CHOOSE to use them over the other companies included in our home warranty program. They are THAT good.

Watch out for Three Rivers drivers on the interstate. They cut lanes and create hazardous conditions for other drivers. Today I had to severely brake while the driver cut in front of me to make an exit. I will never do business with such irresponsible people.
My experience with this company has been great! When I called they were able to come out the next day, they ended up calling and was able to come out before my scheduled time which was great. He informed of what was wrong with my unit and was able to fix it quickly and now my AC is running great. I definitely recommend this company for heating and AC repairs.
They squeezed me in during a heat wave and were fantastic. Prompt service, fast repair, explained the issue and how to avoid it in the future.
Jesse and Gabe were awesome! I called this morning and they were able to come the same day. They explained what they needed to do and carried out the repair quickly and systematically. Very up front about the cost and trying to keep it as low as possible. We will be using their services every 6 months from now on to keep our unit running properly. I recommend them very highly.
