I would recommend Sunglow to everyone. Travis did a great job finding the problem with our old HVAC system. Nathaniel and Dom both did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system.

Nathan takes the extra steps to make sure everything is done and working correctly before he leave. He is knowledgeable and professional. Jill from the office always calls to setup our biannual appointments. Very happy with sunglow.
Everything about our experience with Sun Glow was exceptional! Tristan, who came out to give us a quote, was helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a fair price, and were able to get us scheduled in a week, when some companies were quoting 6-8 weeks (or more!). Nathaniel, Julius, and Hunter were all friendly and professional. They upgraded our furnace and installed an entirely new A/C unit in one day without a hitch. It's all working perfectly and we'll absolutely work with Sun Glow again in the future!
Shaun wasted no time replacing over a dozen shutoff valves, was careful to verify the new valves' integrity and left the spaces clean. Met my expectations.

I strongly advise against scheduling any services with Sun Glow Heating and Cooling. My experiences with their service technicians have been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only have they caused damage to my property, but they have also been dishonest in their dealings. The service manager, Leon, has been the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager I have ever encountered. His close-mindedness is truly disheartening, especially considering my 22 years of experience in customer service. At Sun Glow, it seems that the customer is never given the benefit of the doubt. Leon treats customers poorly and speaks to them condescendingly, as if they lack any intelligence. Ironically, it is Leon who appears to be lacking in both basic human decency and effective communication skills. It is baffling that Sun Glow allows someone with such poor people skills to hold a managerial position. Leon should seriously consider finding a different line of work where he does not have to interact with customers experiencing issues caused by his team's negligence. I strongly urge Sun Glow to invest in better training for their staff to prevent further damage to customers' properties. Additionally, they should not dismiss or disregard the concerns of paying customers who expect a certain level of service. I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Sun Glow, and I will be sure to inform everyone I know to steer clear of their services. There are numerous HVAC companies available that maintain a much higher level of professionalism. If my preferred HVAC company had not been fully booked for weeks, I would have never wasted my time and money on this subpar company.

Hunter and Julius did a fantastic job installing my new AC system. Very thorough. Very professional. Very respectful. I had a few questions on where to install a fence to keep my dog away from the unit, and they had some great advice. Great job! Thanks for taking care of everything so quickly and efficiently.

Travis was thorough and complete in doing spring maintenance on our heat pump. His patience was greatly appreciated as I ask a lot of questions. Another win for Sunglow!!!
Excellent trouble-shooting service by Lashaun on new A/C system that was installed by Sunglow 1.5 years ago. Got replacement evaporator, new lines and compressor installed by Barrett the following 2 days, all under warranty. They did everything to earn my trust in the business for over 26 years.
He was great. Very nice and gave me straight forward answers. Only reason for 4 stars, which is not Gerry's fault, was the sticker shock for Thermostat replacement fee. But manually, it was hot and I needed it fixed asap. All in all once the issue was identified, he fixed it and had me cooling down within 20 mins. Would use again.
My ductless mini split unit stopped working during our first heat wave (record breaking) of the year, and of course every HVAC company in the area was booking 3+ weeks out. Sun Glow got me in within a week! Tech showed up on time, he was very professional, able to answer my many questions and gave me tips for any future problems with the unit. He also made great recommendations regarding service. I would 10/10 recommend calling Sun Glow if you're having ANY HVAC related issues! From the receptionist to the tech to the service, they were fantastic, accomidating AND affordable (trust me, I called over 15 places to receive quotes/attempt to book soonest appointment). I highly recommend SunGlow Heating & Cooling. They were timely and great to deal with. I received a call that the doctor technician was on his way. I also appreciated getting a text with a picture of technician who was both informative and helpful.
