Specialty came out to our church for what was in effect a consultation visit. They were very thorough and helpful and we ended up signing on as a client.

5 Stars!!! I highly recommend Specialty Heating & Cooling!!! Jason, the technician that came to our house to fix the switch (cap) that made the motor for the blower on our furnace work and to fix our A/C unit, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, honest, trustworthy, and professional. We also appreciate the ease for scheduling appointments and the quick response. We will definitely be using Specialty Heating & Cooling again!!
Jason serviced our AC unit. He seemed knowledgeable and talked me through what he was doing. He had a couple of recommendations which we will definitely get done. Overall, a very positive experience.
Always a positive experience with Specialty. They always call before they arrive, they are punctual, and work to ensure your furnace and AC are performing at peak.
I've had a maintenance agreement with Specialty for over 10 years. They change filters, clean the machines and check to see that they are running at their optimum. I believe we have never had a heater or AC unit break down because of the quality maintenance they receive yearly. The folks that come are always professional and polite.
I've been using Specialty heating for over 8 years and could not be happier with their service team. They are professional, patient and do a great job!
My rating is just for the sales experience. I had a great experience with Jesse, who came out to bid my job. He was all the things you would want from the sales end, and even addressed my follow-up questions on a Friday evening and a Sunday. Ultimately another company slightly edged out Specialty for this job, but if you're gathering quotes for new HVAC equipment, you should include Specialty. You'll get a competitive bid, and you won't have any doubts about what you're getting if you go with them.
Complete heating and cooling plant replacement in an old home in a historic district. The team did exactly what they promised, in the time they promised, with great communication all the way along. If work of this sort can be perfect, this work was perfect.
Hayden did periodic maintenance on the cooling components of my HVAC system. I couldn't be more pleased
I really had no hope that our 1987 air conditioner could be resurrected, but Jason replaced a capacitor, reconnected some wires and we're back in the cooling business--at least for the time being!
The technician was great but the overall value for the work done in my opinion way over priced. I will look to contact other companies for quotes.

I was having blower motor faults on my Bryant Evolution system so I called Specialty since they are a Carrier (and Bryant) certified company. The tech that came was amazing. My Bryant system has a Bryant thermostat that costs $900 and is a pain for any normal person to understand the functionality of it. The tech navigated it to see the log of all the faults, diagnosed potential issues, and sat on the phone with Bryant warranty claims while doing it so that he could get my system registered correctly to be covered under 5 year warranty. His assistance got me a new thermostat for free and if the blower motor is blown (he said it likely isn't) I get that for free as well which is a $1200 part! I can't say enough great things about their service so if you have a Bryant Evolution system they are a must call for maintenance. It's a great system but it's very expensive for maintenance and Specialty went above and beyond to make the repair cheap for me.
This is our second house that we have had Specialty heating and cooling doing installation of new heater/AC. Friendly and helpful staff. Work was done on schedule
