We had a heat pump installed in May of this year and I have been waiting a few months to see how things went before giving a review. The system has been working great and working with Rose City Heating and Air was a great experience. Staff were great at explaining things and answering questions as they arose and offering different installation options. Quality of work seems to be high, and the quote came in very similar to others I had received.

Ryan and Alexander came and installed new refrigeration lines for our heat pump and charged up the system. Very responsive to questions I had, clean work and extremely professional. I will switch to Rose City for all my heating and cooling need in the future. Thank you for a job well done. I am a retired electrical engineer and I am very critical on all work performed on my behalf.
Scheduling our repair with Rose City Heating & Air was very quick. Justin Soares, our technician, is super helpful and did a fantastic job - he was more than happy to answer all of my questions.

Rose City Heating & Air is the absolute best! My A/C installers Cody and Scott were professional, personable and friendly when they installed my new A/C unit, and they got the job done quicker than I expected. When they finished, I got a tour of their work from Cody, who then offered to answer any more questions. They left the job site clean and tidy.

We were very impressed with Rose City from quote to AC installation. Sterling was super knowledgeable and their quote was very competitive. Since they were able to schedule us relatively quickly, we selected them after receiving several quotes from other companies. They were professional and quick and made sure everything was in perfect working condition before leaving our house. We've already recommended them to friends!
Very nice and knowledgeable tech. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything running again! Our puppy was very interested in him and he was very kind with her.
