Tyler was on time and very thorough in his work. He also provided maintenance on our tankless water heater.

Pyramid is truly the BEST. I returned to Portland to find my condo’s HVAC systems were heating my home to 93 degrees. Jennifer, the service scheduler saved me by calling me when another service call was cancelled. She sent Randy, the HVAC tech extraordinaire. Randy was wonderful, punctual, professional, the BEST. Fast and friendly techs. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. Plus they worked so quietly! I work from home and forgot they were here! Great quality, fantastic service, and totally affordable prices ESPECIALLY compared to other companies in the area. It was nuts. Totally recommend!

He helped me to make the right decision that fit our current circumstances even though it did not result in a sale for him. Thank you.

Our Auto repair shop lost our Hvac system. Pyramid came out and assessed we needed a new system. As you know, everybody has problems getting parts and equipment after the pandemic. They got right on it and we are up and running. I appreciate their attention to detail.

All aspects of our experience with Pyramid Heating & Cooling were excellent from communication with the scheduler, interacting with the estimator, and coordination with the installation team.
They designed the air flow for the house, and one room gets almost no air flow. they made tons of excuses, but didn't fix it. Instead I was cursed out by the owners son. I almost quit using them, but the owners son left company, so assumed it was all good. Within the last two years, Two different gas leak issues found, very shortly after maintenance. One should have been caught by person. The other was a secondary heat exchanger failure. And gas was going out exhaust. Raised that there was a weird smell on exhaust. The maintenance person checked it out and said it was no issue. Later had to call gas company as it clearly had gas smell coming out exhaust. This is a known failure for carrier furnaces and they failed to look at it. Don't waste your time with this company.
Victor and Rodney arrived on time. They were very professional and respectful of our home. They cleaned up their work areas. Victor and Rodney explained to me their findings and potential issues with my HVAC systems. I would recommend Pyramid to my friends and family.

Our AC went out on a Sunday. Keith arrived quickly and had our unit back on line within 15 minutes! (He replaced the capacitor). He took time to explain what he did and he answered all of my questions graciously!
