This company was amazing, they went above and beyond and we're loving our new heating/cooling unit.
Great experience with this company Sara helped me every step of the way with getting my ductless unit installed. The installer Alex was very professional and did a great job. They saved me a ton of money by going the ductless route. I would recommend them to my family and friends
Highly recommend 👌 The sales person Sarah was very polite in explaining the process and really knows her stuff. The installer Rich was very respectful and clean, they made this not so pleasant endeavor an Awesome experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
We initially had high hopes to work with this provider last month for a mini-split project based on our walkthrough with Sara. However, after talking with two other providers we were happy to avoid going with them!!! First off, it took Sara two weeks to get a quote back to us. When we did receive it, it was outrageously high (~$4k higher than the upper range she had told us during the walkthrough), and it was lacking all the local rebates and incentives (~$1K missing) even after I inquired with her about them in multiple email exchanges. On top of this, we learned from another and very reputable provider, which we are going with, that the equipment they were recommending was too much output for the size of our place. I also have to say that I'm very familiar with the state of our supply chain worldwide right now and how pricing contracts are broken out given my profession as a finance executive, so the reasons I was given by Sara for such a high quote did not check out after doing my own research. This provider has lost my business along with potential others in my homeowner’s association. I will NOT recommend them!!!
If you want a company that actually cares about its customers and will take good care of you - call Pacific Ductless. If you just want the cheapest company - we’ll, you get what you pay for. I prefer peace of mind and quality workmanship over price. And it was worth it! Highly recommend
Sara was wonderful to work with and the entire process was painless and easy. They got us great rebates with oregon trust and came up with numerous affordable options for different layouts of the house. Couldnt be more happy with the finished product.

Amazing from start to finish! Sara was fantastic and was there every step of the way for our new ductless heat pump. She was always on time and really cared about what we wanted. The installers were professional and did a wonderful job! Couldn’t be happier and I will recommend Pacific Ductless to anyone looking for this kind of heating system. Very impressed!
