Had a small size Boiler go down in a time sensitive application. Talked to NW Control and described the Boiler and what little we knew had happened. They said wait for our next tech availability (end of the day). When the tech arrived he said he didn't know anything about the boiler and turned to leave. He suggested we call the agent for them (he knew them). NW Control charged $535+ for the 2 seconds (including drive time which was straight line back to their shop from his last appt). The agent came out within an hour, made an adjustment he said any boiler tech would know, and we were off and running again. Agent didn't charge for it. Will never use NW Control Co for anything in the future
