Did an amazing job of blocking the entire entrance to our building. Using 2 vehicles, this company managed to prevent deliveries from at least 1/2 a dozen people over a period of 1 hour. Street parking was, literally, 50 feet away and their vehicle on the left was their passenger vehicle---they didn't want to walk the 50 feet. This picture is 2 companies that were not able to make their deliveries due to MacDonald-Miller Portland staff actions.
