We had AC added to our furnace, From the estimate to installation, Integrity did well. We've been using it only for a month but so far, no complains.
Integrity Air gave us a great price and great service for my furnace installation and even helped us apply for a tax credit for installing energy efficient appliance. They are the best!

Replaced Carrier electrostatic air cleaner that failed and was no longer supported with a Honeywell system. Very efficient and fast service. Really really like less dust in the house, cleaner air, and no buzzing from failed unit
On Feb. 1, 2023 Integrity Air installed a Daikin Mini Split Heat Pump I purchased from them. Their associate, Ben Adams was very helpful in helping me with selection & purchase, arriving on time with the installers (both were great, considerate & cleaned up work areas when finished) and with answering any questions I’ve had along the process. Ben suggested I select my desired temperature, set the remote & leave the unit on for optimum temperature control in my home. I received my first full month electric bill and was very happy to see it’s $85.00 less than the previous month, mind you we had snow, ice & much cooler outside weather. I’ve completely abandoned using my homes in wall heat source & find the Daikin much more efficient and consistent heat. Looking forward to having A/C this summer! After receiving many quotes for our replacement furnace and A/C we decided to use Integrity Air. They were very prompt with answering questions I had as well as all of the modified quotes I’d presented them with. The day of installation was a busy one and they did a great job of going above and beyond what I’d expected. When they were done they left the garage as clean as when they arrived. I would highly recommend Integrity Air for any future HVAC work including Jase and Travis for their communication and expertise.
I have more than a basic understanding of heating systems and interviewed four other HVAC companies in Portland in addition to Integrity Air. Jace, the sales representative, was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and willing to address the needs of our century-old house. He designed a heating, air conditioning and filtration system that has perfectly met our needs. The installation techs arrived on time, worked very professionally throughout the day on a duct system that required some modification, and stayed until the job was done that evening, a long day for them but very much appreciated by our family. This is a good company and I have recommended them to friends.
Integrity gave me an estimate on Monday, and on Tuesday they installed a brand new gas heat-efficiency furnace. The installers were a pleasure to work with.
I have a 1940's single level 2500 sq ft house on slab with electric baseboard heat. No ducting of any kind in the house or gas anything. Using window unit air conditioners helped during the really hot summers we have been having. But it was not a great long term solution due to security concerns and having to remove during the other seasons. During the winters, the electric bill could go above $400 and that was while not even heating all the rooms or at comfortable levels. In an effort to be more comfortable and pay less for electricity at the same time, I got some bids for a mini-split heat pump system as a neighbor and some friends were very happy with their setups. Integrity Air provided me with an option for a 5 head Daikin system whereas other companies maxed at 4 heads or some brand I was unfamiliar with. I didn't want more than one outdoor unit. Price by Integrity Air was between the other bids too so that worked out. Job was scheduled for 2 days and was completed in 2 days. Due to some clearance issues with our eaves, a couple of the units lineset had to be ran along the exterior instead of in the attic. The final product turned out pretty clean as I was able to spray paint the coverings to match the house color before they were installed. Crew was great, communication was excellent during the whole process. Some of the head units rattle from time to time and Integrity Air has come out to help investigate and troubleshoot the issue promptly. The whole house has been more comfortable this winter and while the bill hasn't gone over $400 which is an improvement, it did exceed $300. I guess I was hoping to not get too much over $200/month during cold months, but if I am able to have the thermostats set to comfortable levels and pay less than with baseboard, I'll take that.
