This is hands-down one of the best companies I’ve ever encountered. We got a heat pump installed last year and we recently noticed some airflow issues. I called Heat Relief and they had someone at our house the very next day. It was really difficult to diagnose the issue and the team came back to our house several times to try and figure it out. They made us a priority and didn’t rest until they fixed the issue. The entire team from Brandon to John, Chris & Steve (and everyone else on the team who helped get to the bottom of this) have all been a pleasure. What an incredibly honest and ethical company. And now we have cold air again! Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication.
Heat Relief has been mg go to HVAC service company for years. Always quick to assist when in need. And reliably keep our systems working so we are comfortable year round.
The tech was very knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my AC.
Heat Relief is amazing! I called the day before the 4th of July and was able to get a live person AND a tech out to my home that evening. Sean was fantastic. As I was not on-site, he sent me photos of the issue, text messages with updates and numerous phone calls so that I understood all that was the issue and how he was fixing it. The issue was resolved in 2 hours. The guests staying at my home were able to stay in a cool home, while it being 90+ outside. Heat Relief is coming back to my home to give me a quote for an upgraded system. They are fair, fast and knowledgeable and I can’t thank them enough!
Both the technician and the advisor were so great- fast, clear communication, and both easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We are all very impressed with their fast response, quality work, and friendly people. When our AC stopped working, the tech was here in less than one hour. He was fast and friendly with reasonable rates. Highly recommended!
Steve and Adrian were very helpful and quickly took care of their tasks. The job was moving our gas range to allow for new countertops. The return to move it back was done by Garrett who was also very professional and quick. This is our second time to use Heat Relief so we of course recommend them.

Heat Relief is the only choice when you need to have your AC fixed! Highly recommend!
I called Heat Relief to get a second opinion on a broken AC unit. Another company had told me that the repair on my AC was likely not possible, they couldn't find the leak, and that the repair would require the R-22 refrigerant which alone would be thousands of dollars. They told me the unit was 20+ years old. Heat Relief came out, found the leak, noted the system was only 10ish years old, and that we actually needed R410A refrigerant, which was only hundreds of dollars. They fixed it. I really appreciate what they did. Professional and helpful. thanks

Heat Relief was very responsive when I called , they were polite and got me scheduled very quickly. The technician was timely, patient as I asked alot of questions, and very polite. I will definitely be calling them for future needs.
Professional and reliable installation and support of our heat pump. Really friendly dispatch and technicians. As for the Carrier heat pump functionality, it worked great in the summer for cooling but we had some heat issues, which was possibly related to the newer technology, which can heat in conditions as low as 15F. Eventually Heat Relief got us there and extended the labor warranty for our piece of mind.
This company is there for me. From the office to the people in the field you can expect to be treated like family. Even before I became a customer they went the extra mile. Do yourself a favor and hire these folks.
