New home had failed connector between irrigation and main line -- water was gushing all over the street. Green Box figured out what was happening fast and scheduled to get it fixed -- great repair work and for a great price. Highly recommend!
This business does good work. However, communication could use improvement. On this particular job, they arrived 2 hours before the agreed on time, and were gone before I was there. And they spelled my name wrong, even tho we have exchanged emails. Am I picky?
$265 for 15 min is expensive. A/C,now runs after switching one wire and removing one jumper. Makes occasional rattle, but it does run. Unsure how it ran for 2 years with no noise and then just stopped?
Bill came promptly to fix our heating system that stopped working the night before. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We feel very lucky to have them as our Plumbing and Electrical company whenever we have a situation at home.
Had two outlets in a bedroom go dead, swapped one and still no electricity. Called GreenBox as they installed my car charger some weeks back. Gonzo, who is absolutely awesome by the way, came back out to take a look. Low and behold, the other outlet was cracked and loose but because it was connected to the other one, was why no power was coming out. Easy five minutes fix, BUT, GreenBox still charged $335 for a simple five minute fix. Gonzo had his hands tied and I was very disappointed that this is how a company can be ran. I run customer service for multiple hospitals and this is embarrassing. I'd highly recommend avoiding GreenBox unless you are certain that your issue or project is an hour or longer. Just to reiterate, Gonzo was an outstanding electrician and very friendly/knowledgeable. It is GreenBox and their "policy" that is a joke. Lost an otherwise hopeful long term customer. Back on the hunt to find another electrician/company to give my business to moving forward. Edit: Would add service recovery or making it right for the customer to the list as well.
I needed a broken pipe replaced under my kitchen sink in a hurry. I called to make an appointment, and the plumber was there within a few hours. The price was fair, the work was done well, and the person was very courteous. I have a new place to call for home repairs!
Alex B was very helpful identifying why our current toilet was leaking. Since the repair process was going to be extensive and may not correct the problem, we decided to install a new toilet. When Alex got into the project of installing the new toilet and me watching him all the time, he found that the old toilet was not installed together as it could be. I would not have known what to do if I had tried to do it myself. What a relief to get it done correctly and saved us money.
My first choice plumber (Craig Anderson) had retired and sold his business to Green Box Mechanical. I called them for an appointment to replace the floater in my toilet tank. Alex arrived at my house on time. After assessing the problem, he went to work immediately and explained the steps he was taking. Toward the end of the job, he noted that the water tank was loose--my house was built in the early 1950's--and told me he would rebuild it without additional charge. He replaced ALL the insides of the water tank--I noted that a previous plumber replaced just the flapper two years ago but not the floater; of course I did not call that particular plumbing company. I would definitely call them again--also learned they do other things besides plumbing. The person they sent, Alex, was the kind of professional I wish every service provided.
Shae showed up quickly and when he couldn't fix the problem at first try, he came back and finished it at no charge. Good and trustworthy service! Recommended.
Over the past few years these guys have become our go to guys for HVAC and plumbing and electric. Great professional service at a reasonable cost.
These guys are great!!!! Honest, dependable and really, really so a great job!!!! Prices are reasonable and well worth it considering what they have to do.
Greenbox was so responsive and fast. They were priced the same as most other companies but they worked me in same day and the electrician was nice and smart and really helpful with opinions on location. I think Greenbox was amazing installin my EV charger

We used Greenbox to perform early season maintenance on our central A/C system. Technician Nick did a very thorough job and went above and beyond to examine and ensure our system was operating in fine fashion. Very pleased with this maintenance work. Will use Greenbox in the future. Thank you.
I've used Greenbox 3 times now over the past few years for plumbing leak detection and repair, and they've never disappointed. For this latest repair, Reuben went above and beyond to complete the job with urgency and minimal impact on my family and me. I would not hesitate to recommend them for plumbing services, and can only assume their other services are also excellent.
Price gouging contractor. They sent out a Journeyman Plumber for 8 hours work roughing in a shower and bathtub drain. The cost including payroll taxes for the plumber is $100 (+ or - $5) per hour, so $800. They charged $2827.00 for the job. I most certainly will never use this contractor again.

I’ve called Greenbox Mechanical twice for plumbing issues and twice for electrical issues. Each time, the service provider has been professional and efficient. Greenbox pricing is reasonable and are able to send someone out timely.
