Johnny and Diego were very diligent and knowledgeable! They walked us through their plan and options and installed a new A/C unit for us. Johnny showed us pictures of the final install and explained the warranty to us. Super professional all around!
Deidrick was very professional and did a great job fixing my a/c. He also arrived on time, and got right to work. He also is very nice and polite.

I have used efficiency for both HVAC and A/C system maintenances well as getting information on several other services. The are professional and answer my questions with explanations I can understand. The technicians explain in detail what they have found and what they have done. They go beyond to provide excellent service.
Efficiency was easy to schedule, enjoyable to have in the house (if you like to ask competent people questions about their realm of expertise, look no further), and it was a no-brainer to add them to my reminders for next year's service. I learned a ton and the price was competitive.

Very happy with the instalation. Johnny did a great job and he walked us thru all the features of the new AC/Furnace. For sure I'll recommend Efficiency Heating and Cooling. Great job!
Dietrich was awesome. He educated me on my heating and cooling system and the maintenance required to keep them in proper working order. He was not only knowledgeable, but showed me the details of how my system was functioning. Cool guy, great service!
Kellen and Johnny could not have been better installing and Jay who sold it all. There are so many HVAC companies out there and I have dealt with a few. These guys were new to me and exceeded all fears/trepidations I may have had. Cheers for sure.

We were worked into the schedule because our a/c was not working and it was very hot outside. They got us in within 24 hours. Our technician was very informative and worked in a timely manner. He even gave us information to use in the future! Highly recommend this company!
