The whole team at EcoHeat was awesome to work with, from initial meeting and quote through the entire installation process. Every installer was friendly and helpful and they even stayed late to clean up and finish the project when the electricians ran behind on schedule. Very happy with the results, too!
I used EcoHeat to replace my furnace with a central heat pump and 3 wall unit heat pumps and I could not be happier. Albert came to do the estimate and he covered details and considerations none of the 8 other companies did. He mentioned things to consider long term and explained his reasoning for why he was selecting the units he was for each space. Such detail, so conscientious, and such thoughtful design. PRICE - they were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than all 8 other bids (even with the exact same equipment). Installation went smoothly and the team was courteous, friendly, professional, and hard-working. They were really great about walking through the full system when they were done and asked me questions along the way about how I wanted to do things that would impact the aesthetics of my home and future planning for other systems. I've used dozens of contractors across 5 homes I've owned and these folks are really one of the best. The Office Manager was also very communicative and helpful in walking me through my financing options. A great team overall and solid work. My house is so comfortable now!
We had a very poor experience with Ecoheat. We called for them to come out and look at an issue with our HVAC system. They rescheduled the appointment and said that the technician would need to come out three days later to assess the unit and preform the maintenance. The appointment came and went and no one ever showed up. We called the company and they were very unprofessional in dealing with their scheduling mishap. They attempted to reschedule for later that day only to find that they would not be available to come out at all that day. After some calls back and forth, and a total lack of quality customer service, we decided to go with another company to help us with our HVAC. (That company proposed a fix that was four times less expensive and far more effective in solving the issue for us. Thankfully we did not end up using Echoheat!) We would highly recommend you find another company as Ecoheat was a bad experience all around in quality and cost for us.
What an amazing company! I'm currently converting a part of my home into an ADU, and EcoHeat has been by far the most pleasant company I've worked with. They're responsive and transparent. Albert in particular was incredibly knowledgeable. My home is over a century old and his team was respectful of the space. They left it cleaner than it was when they arrived and were professionals every step of the way. I'll continue to work with EcoHeat for all my HVAC needs.
Very happy with our heat pump installation by EcoHeat! Professional, hard-working, amiable, well-organized. Attended to our concerns and questions. Came and went at the times they said they would and finished in the time planned. Took measures to protect our floors and kept things neat. Easy to recommend them!
Our house was built in 1912, and when it gets hot, our upstairs becomes unbearable . Eco heat installed a heat pump heating and cooling system that made it through the recent heat wave with flying colors. Thomas and his crew are all personable and professional and I highly recommend this local company for your hvac needs

Of all the HVAC companies I called (10-20) this company responded and was able to get to my house fastest. The problem was diagnosed and a part replaced quickly. I have heat and will contact this service again. In addition the technician is knowledgeable and professional. High quality service with attention to detail.
EcoHeat is so great! We had EcoHeat install all of our ducting during a remodel and later an A/C system. Quick, responsive and great installation. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend working with EcoHeat.
These guys are amazing! Very professional and polite. Our furnace decided to conk off twice and it was in the middle of winter. Despite their busy schedule, EcoHeat managed to squeeze us in both times. Kevin was so kind and polite, and went out of his way to ensure we got the right part for our furnace. From beginning to end the whole experience was wonderful. Albert really took the time to explain everything, and made sure we got the best system for our needs. The team worked well, making sure to not track debris in the house, and were very respectful. I highly recommend this company!!!

It was a pleasure to work with EcoHeat as they installed a Trane High Efficiency furnace and AC. Albert was especially patient with my many questions as this was the first HVAC I had ever purchased. His expert knowledge also helped me make the big decision. Albert also very quickly returned to fix a concern I had. Albert and Chase did a great job moving in my attic and keeping everything tidy when they finished each day. I highly recommend Eco Heat and thank them for their hard and expert work.
What a great company, and I've worked with A LOT of contractors. From Karen on the phone, to Thomas the owner, to all the techs who installed our gas fireplace insert and a new furnace. Thomas knows what he's doing, and did a walkthrough and calculation to get the right sized furnace. The other two bids were knowledgable, but they just slapped the highest BTU furnace in the space, which wasn't necessary. Ecoheat was competitively priced, and I feel I got so much more for the money. Install was very clean. They even rerouted the furnace receptacle and condensation pump to make it look cleaner even though it wasn't necessary. They were also the only ones who didn't try to push a high end air scrubber on me or try to get me to join their 'for-life' service plan. They also really know their thermostats and had no problem installing one not bought from them when I bought my own at Costco. When there was an manufacturer issue with the furnace circuit board about a month after they did the install, they came out the next day and put a new one in- quick, no fuss and no added cost. Will never use another HVAC contractor again.
Go EcoHeat! What an amazing company! Thomas was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He came out to look at our old furnace and gave us a very detailed proposal, explaining all the options. The price was reasonable. The installation was professional. The team did a good job cleaning up and explaining how to set up the Nest. We had it installed during the wildfire smoke (remember?) and within an hour or so we could feel the air quality was much more improved. Our air purifier even turned from red to green! In sum, we had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
Albert was great, both when he gave me the initial inspection/estimate on replacing my dead furnace and when he installed it. He answered all my questions thoroughly, was personable and straightforward, and took the time to be sure I understood the details. I particularly appreciated his answer when I asked him about when the price differences between a 96% efficient and an 80% efficient system are justified (since the offset in efficiency may not justify the increased price because natural gas is not very expensive). He simply stated that the gas savings would not justify the price difference, but the 96% model would be quieter etc. In simple terms he treated me like an intelligent human who needed a furnace. There was no "salesman" aspect at all. Very refreshing, and appreciated. 100% happy with the whole process.
I cannot say enough good things about Thomas and the EcoHeat team. After a long, drawn out search for a company to install a heat pump in my home, a contractor friend referred me to Thomas. He came out quickly to give me a thorough, detailed estimate and quickly and thoroughly responded to my many questions. The final bid was for the heat pump system I wanted at a very competitive price compared with other bids. The installation team was also outstanding - prompt, considerate, knowledgable, clean, efficient, and thorough. I was told the install would take 4 days but they got it done in 3 and after it was installed they did a thorough review of the whole system with me to show me how to use it. The office manager was so helpful in setting up the city inspection, completing the warranty information, and filling out the rebate forms to make the whole process simple on my end. She was also very responsive when it came to answering questions. I am so happy with my new heat pump and would gladly refer anyone looking for help with an HVAC system their way!
Ecoheat installed an AC unit for us a couple years ago. They were great to work with, and did quality, thoughtful work. However, I'm adding my review today for the incredible service they still provide. In the midst of 2020 pandemic and forest fires, we found ourselves with a dirty furnace filter while every hardware store in a 2 hour radius was out of stock. Ecoheat to the rescue, graciously delivered us new filter. So grateful. Owner Thomas, cares about his staff and customers and it shows. Did I mention this all happened on a Sunday?
