Absolutely amazing service from my first call. Dan showed up exactly at 8am as promised and was extremely professional, thorough and answered all my questions. Would absolutely call Caliber again for any of my home repair needs.

Natural gas line was leaking outside the house due to a rusted pipe underground. Caliber rerouted the line with new pipe and installed pipe supports. The job was done with excellent quality.
Caliber has been such an amazing company to work with! I feel like family when I call for help, they never make me feel like I’m silly for calling and their response time is so great! I’ve had a few experiences with Caliber finding the right solution for ME, not their bottom line. Caliber did our complete underground water main replacement, connecting all 50 apartments, with exceptional efficiency and care. Trevor and Kevin led the month-long project with minimal disruption to tenants, being always sensitive to their needs. I called them for help with my friends AC unit, they said they were extremely busy with this famous heatwave coming up and got my friend connected to their operator. That day, someone was able to show up. They then explained that the "broken" central AC unit they were using still had years of life left over, and the tech turned it on and got it running. You helped someone who had 5 kids in that house. You deserve this 5 star.

We wanted AC for our elderly mom and called Caliber. Have used them dozens of times commercially for repair, emergency calls, and new TI installations. Always our plumbing and mechanical go to company. Was extremely pleased with the care, cleanliness, responsiveness, and thorough job installing an entirely new system in a different orientation in the attic of a 1930 bungalow completely remodeled in 1992. All the ducting had to be re-routed and a suspended platform built to hang the coil, furnace, and filter boxes. They even returned the next day to replace a bad smart thermostat that didn’t work correctly as intended. The following week the air quality for fires in Oregon plummeted, but her new adjustable air filtration unit with a 4”MERV 11 filter kept the air clean and breathable. I now buy my filters for less through them rather than get lost in the online shopping or big box wall of wrong size filer options. 5 star service, price, professionalism, and care. Mitchell was polite, cheerful, on time and did a great job. He had to go up and down the stairs several times to find the right breaker and couldn't have been more patient. Highly recommend!
Justin and the Caliber team were top notch! We discovered issues in our home HVAC system from the original builder that resulted in needing to completely redo our return and create a solution that would repair a huge problem. Caliber was creative, innovative and top notch in helping us mitigate this. We further went on to replace our furnace, ac and converted a gas water heater to an instant tankless heater. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Caliber. They even returned to answer questions and make some tweaks as we learned to use the system. Great customer service and attention.
The crew showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and though I was a little apprehensive of how young they were, or at least appeared, I was quite quickly impressed with the technical knowledge and skills Thomas and Nick delivered. They did an outstanding job of the highest quality and our new heat pump and air handling system was installed, duct modifications made, and running by 3:00 PM the next day. A truly professional job by professional employees. This company is the definition of service.
We have an older house and our upstairs was not ducted. They replaced an old furnace, added AC, replaced or repaired old ducting in the basement and on the main floor. For our upstairs they recommended a ducted mini-split. Overall they were professional, creative, neat and polite. Our system works perfectly. We had one request after the work was done and they came back and addressed it right away. I'd definitely recommend, this company, especially if you have a home that needs a unique HVAC solution.
Caliber did our gas line relocate with the addition to our home in Lake Oswego. Justin was our contact and his staff were great to work with. They did the prep work prior to NW Natural moving the line and his employee returned that day to complete the hook up and made sure we were “back to normal.” Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding service.
I recently had the displeasure of needing to replace my furnace and A/C unit in my home that I purchased almost 20 years ago. My displeasure turned in to a pleasure when I was referred to Caliber by a neighbor. Prior to choosing Caliber I had several companies give me bids on the job, all of them were competent, however none of them impressed me, and the brands of equipment they wanted to install were less than impressive. When I spoke with and received the bid from Caliber it was clear that they would be the best fit for the job. The bid that they provided was clear and straightforward, the American Standard products being installed were the highest rated for reliability and satisfaction. I confirmed the job with Caliber on a Wednesday and they were ready to install the next morning, much sooner than I had expected. The installer arrived on-time, was professional and respectful, and was clearly a very competent professional that knew exactly what to do and how to get it done right. The team at Caliber gave me confidence that the job would be completed as promised. The job was done quickly and the installer left my garage cleaner than when he arrived. Caliber exceeded my expectations and the new American Standard system is performing beyond what I thought it would. Thank you Caliber!
I had my furnace replaced by Caliber, they were fast and efficient. The installation was clean and the installers were very polite. If you need your furnace fixed or replaced, call these guys you wont regret it.
