Outright fraudulent. Took a Groupon coupon and after arrival I was told that vents need to be cleaned with a brush. Charged a lot more money . Very pushy for upgrading service to charge even more. Stay away!
Charged my tenants directly for services that I didn't authorize, and then never refunded the money that I had already paid. They essentially double-charged me. Very shady business practices!
I am more than happy to provide a positive review for the exceptional work done by the HVAC cleaning services. Firstly, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The team arrived on time, neatly dressed in uniform and quickly got to work, meticulously cleaning every nook and cranny of my HVAC system. Not only did they clean the visible components of the system, but they also took the time to clean the ducts and vents, ensuring that the air circulating in my home was clean and free from harmful contaminants. They even provided me with tips on how to maintain the system and improve its efficiency, which was greatly appreciated. The team was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process, taking care not to damage any of my property or leave a mess behind. I was pleasantly surprised by their level of professionalism and dedication to their work. Overall, I highly recommend the HVAC cleaning services for their exceptional work, attention to detail, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. They truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
For a quick summary, I had to call them back twice and the job was never done correctly either time. They upsell the services with superficial cleaning. Most home owners will not go through the attention to detail to over see the service and make sure they are getting their moneys worth.
They came out very promptly and took care of everything very professionally. Very quick and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone!

Michael did an awesome job in cleaning all the ducts, dryer vent, exhaust vents in all bathrooms and laundry room. Highly recommend this company.
Be warned!! This company practices high pressure up-sell. The groupon just covers "vacuuming" and the owner will try to convince that you need "vent brushing" at $25 additional for each register. Then you might need "furnace cleaning" (costs more than $100). I didn't like the whole experience! Whatever you decide to let them do, skip the furnace cleaning; it's not worth the money since they don't/can't clean the blower.
Mike and his team went above and beyond to clean my dryer vent and install a bird guard on my vent that had a bird nesting in it. I had a tricky situation with my vent location and Mike did everything he could to do the job right. Honest, hard working, family company.
Some thoughts for potential customers to consider based upon my experience that left me feeling like I may have not got my monies worth from this HVAC cleaning company: 1.) Lack of a pre-work assessment of necessity of duct cleaning using a brush which added costs. I was told that the ducts would be inspected before the brushing. I was given no info as to the condition of the ducts other than they need brushing. After the job was completed, the foreman/owner, who talks very very fast, gave no info/evidence of their cleaining efforts ie could have opened up collection cannister, which was about the size of a large 3x3 ft shop vac, and showed me the results of their labors. 2.) Though there website inferred they use updated/modern equipment, their flex duct brushes appeared worn and extend only 8 ft. when attached to what looked like a standard cordless drill. It is hard to imagine that all the duct surfaces in my 2000 sq ft house were satisfactorily brushed using this method. And as noted above, the return flow vacuum system looked undersized to extract all of the debris that may (or may not) have been loosened. 3.) No office receptionist-all calls answered by owner who wanted to do the job within hours after the initial call. 4.) No written documentation/receipt or check-list of the services provided. They rushed the process and did not go that extra mile to see if I had any questions. Receipt for services is a standard business practice. They did not meet that standard. 5.) Pushed to provide other services for additional charges ie dryer vent, basement storage area. 6.) And in the spirit of disclosure, they do not appear to be registered by the Oregon BBB. There were a few good points: 1.) They came with a crew of 4 and completed the job in 45 minutes! (Makes me ? thoroughness) 2.) Had weekend availability. In conclusion, I spent north of $500 for this service and I am not sure I got my monies worth. In retrospect, I would choose a different c
Excellent and thorough service! Smelled a dead animal coming through my house's ducts, and when I called Best Solution Services (on a Sunday), Mike said they could come that afternoon. Turned out the crawl space below the house was full of rodent excrement and dried out bodies. Mike's team not only cleaned the ducts and vents, they then spent a couple more hours cleaning and relining the entire crawl space below the house. His price was beyond fair. But then . . . That night I could still smell the dead rodent, so, Mike came back the following day and his men hunted under the house until they found a dead rat inside the insulation. Once they removed it the smell was gone. Mike and his team follow through and are devoted to quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Mike & his crew. They did a fantastic job cleaning the HVAC ducts & vent cleaning. The crawlspace needed cleaning so they added new insulation and vapor barrier. Very professional, efficient & great to work with. I'll definitely have them in my home in the future.

Incredible experience! Full crew was there within 2 hours of calling. In and out in one hour with full vent brushing, dryer vent... the works! Owner was great so willing to work with us. Can't recommend highly enough!!

We had Mike and his crew clean our air ducts, dryer vent, and furnace in a townhouse that had not been cleaned in who knows how long. He was transparent with pricing over the phone and was able to schedule us for the next day. He showed up with a 5-person crew, evaluated the situation, explained the pricing clearly, and they got to work. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and everything was cleaned up and reset just as it had been before! He was also able to reach out dryer vent access from outside which is about two stories up, that was great. His crew was very organized and professional. I appreciated that they all wore shoe covers and face masks. We'll definitely have him back in the future for maintenance!
If I could give zero stars for a review I would. And when you give them a bad review for their company, they claim that they never provided services for you & claim that you are reviewing the wrong company.
The experience felt very bum rushed as soon as they arrived. A crew of four scattered into my home as soon as I opened the door so the feeling was intrusive. I expected to show them where vents were so they could explain their process. Instead I had to ask them what they were doing and was hard to keep track of everyone. Was also up charged for vacuuming inside furnace which in my opinion should have been part of the deal. I ended up paying $379 for 6 vents, 2 returns, and the inside of the furnace. Seems a little steep. I’m not even sure how well the job was completed or how bad it was needed. The only issue that was shown to me, because I asked them to show me, was in the furnace which did need vacuuming for sure. Was it worth an extra $79 when we had already agreed on $300? I don’t know. I just wanted these guys to be done and out. The crew was very nice, but their crew lead and the guy who scheduled the work were VERY pushy.
