Unprofessional and terrible business to work with. First call to Chris at Arctic and was able to schedule a HVAC assessment but on the day they lost the appointment. Called again and spoke with Tiffany who took my information and booked me for 5 days later. Day of the second appointment, again they did not show up and "lost" the appointment. When asked if they could give a consideration for cancelling twice was met with a hard and incredibly rude "negative". Instead of having a sense of urgency to reschedule a cancelled appointment, Chris states I can call you end of day and see if I can get you on the schedule in 2 days. Chris and Artic have no idea how to conduct business nor provide any sense of customer service.
Friendly and detailed
Chris was honest and easy to work with. They installed a completely new furnace in a timely manner. Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly. Thanks.

I've been working with Arctic for several years to support our business. They support us like they are on our team...just not on our direct payroll. Very Professional.....and Trustworthy!
