From the estimate to the installation, working with this company was seamless. I can not recommend them enough. They have your best interests in mind, and we are so appreciative of their care and knowledge base to help us make the best purchase for our home. The team working on the house was respectful and quick! After talking to four different companies about what air conditioner to install, I can confidently say that this company is truly about customer service and not just making a sale. 100/10 stars.

What I appreciated the most was their flexibility alongside the other construction I had going on and working with me and my requirements without being stiff about what they would/not do. Picked this installer because they allowed me to spec the equipment and do the carpentry and electrical work. Worked out fine. We did two complete systems one per floor and reused our existing utility closet. No new ducting at all. Very slick and easy.

Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job on my home's AC installation this past summer. They were on time, professional, helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, etc. Their prices weren't the lowest, but the price correlated with the products, service, and quality that you get. As they say, you pay for what you get. I would recommend them to other interested customers and will contact them in the future for other heating/cooling needs. Two thumbs up.

The heat on my Trane system would not activate. Before sending a technician on a call, Cliff walked me through possible checks and fixes. He said the system might kick on if I reset the power breaker and if the air filter was dirty. He was right on, could've sent someone on an expensive call, but choose to try to avoid that. I offered to pay for a consult, and he said no. Honest, what else to add? Thankful.

It was finally time to get off oil as a heat source this year, so we started by getting several bids. Greg came out and looked at our system then sat down and went over the different units. (He even left us a pamphlet which was super helpful). Once we made our decision to go with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning, they were here within two weeks and got us up and running. They were the only company that had actual customer service. And good customer service! If a business isn't even checking in to get a sale, what sort of service am I going to get when I really need them? I highly recommend them and am so glad that we went with them.

Would not use again for anything. Office is disorganized - made appointment and they had to call me back to find out why I made the appointment. They also told me one price, and then the service was another price - so get anything in writing BEFORE you have them come out. Sent emails to wrong email. Was also billed initially for a maintenance plan I never discussed. Expected a report of the NW Natural 19 point furnace /11 point AC tuneup which is what I requested but just got some brief notes - no idea of condensate pump actually at 90%, or limit operations are in place or what the refrigerant pressure was, or whether the gas pressure was correct, among other things. Could have cleaned the unit myself for that price! Also suspect that tech blew fuses on the unit - they fixed them, after 45 minutes of figuring it out, but it was working right up until they showed up and started doing maintenance... That's wasn't too big a deal though - tech seemed otherwise competent and polite. Until shortly after she left our condensate pump failed. The one thing we'd specifically discussed was that being cleaned - it's also called out on the tuneup checklist and she said she did it, and we did see less scale in there. But when we went to replace it - it was an algae farm. Obviously not cleaned! Suspect that it was broken by being poked around in to loosen scale and make it look cleaner, although I don't know for sure and probably never will. Highly disappointing from start to finish with the disorganized office, misleading billing, lack of report information and things not done that were specifically told were done. Feel like I paid hundreds of dollars to have my unit damaged. Company didn't even bother to reply when I communicated my experience.

Advanced Heating did an excellent job for us. Greg Grimshaw walked us through all the various Furnace and AC units available and explained the benefits and costs of each. They had the best pricing of the 4 estimates that we received which included Trane, NW Natural and Senior Rebates. The installation crew was very professional and completed the work ahead of their estimated schedule. They kept us informed of what they were doing and gave us detailed operational instructions when complete. The office staff has been great to work with by keeping us informed and was very responsive to any questions we had. we're very happy with how quiet and efficient our Furnace and AC units are. We highly recommend Advanced and we plan to have them service of gas fireplaces soon.

They do not service split systems. Very nice person answered phone but was told they don't service split systems and told me to be in touch with the original installer. As I bought a home with one, that's not possible. They didn't offer to help just said sorry and hung up. Was asking for basic assistance and their website shows they do service these systems.

Our central air system needed R22 refill so I called asking for a quote and schedule an appointment. Brooke showed up at the end of the day and spent 15 minutes without fixing the problem. Apparently they don't service Trane unit anymore because they are older model. We got charged 140 for diagnosis before she left. As a business claiming to be independent Trane specialist I'm appalled with their deceptive ways. -Why didn't you tell me over the phone that you don't service my unit. - There is a shortage of some refrigerant due to supply chain disruption but some companies won't tell you but capitalize on your lack of knowledge. - In 2020 R22 refrigerant were being phased out but only recovered, recycled or reclaimed supplies will be available. -I'm removing your sticker on my furnace to prevent another consumer getting scammed. I want every consumer reading this review to be aware and do your research and choose wisely. There are good small business out there that are honest and deserve your business..

Nice customer service, but the employee who showed up for a diagnoses spent half an hour not even finding the problem. Then when she went back to her work to write a report she said I would pay her under the table. This never happened and she is lying. She brought up a different name that she said helped at the house but it is a name that doesn’t live in this house. I am the owner of the house. I don’t know how she got the name she used. Not professional at all and said the problem is “over there” instead of telling me what the actual problem is. People are paying for a diagnosis to know what the problem is the same way we go to a mechanic for our cars and they tell us what the problem is before getting it fixed. This was very unprofessional. ’m glad you read the reviews. If an employee can lie against a customer than they can lie against the company. I said the electric company told me the specific piece was needed and I told her and she said she can’t use that part so I said she can use whatever she is allowed to use. The real problem is her lying and saying I would pay her under the table when I never did. Your employee is a liar and owes me a direct apology. You’re not able to fix what needs to be fixed thats fine but don’t lie about what customers said. I hope the company changes something in the future.
