In have always had excellent service with E.O. Heating. On the last visit no problems were found and the service tech was professional and did as requested.
The installation team did a wonderful job with our two new systems. They were informative and efficient. The office staff were helpful and supportive.
Awesome, called them and they had tech here in a short time. He checked, replaced needed part in a very timely matter. Had our a.c. fixed so quickly. Very pleased!

From the first phone call, sales call, scheduling, to install. Our entire experience was pleasant . And in an era where customer service seems to be dead they are professional and doing what they said they would do. They went the extra mile to get the new unit for install to insure our available install date met.

The man who came to fix our furnace was so kind, hard working and on time! They are thorough and I always feel safe with their technicians! The secretary was so nice and helpful…it really helped take the sting out of a stressful situation. Wonderful people, wonderful company.

Excellent service and accountable to their own work. I had them come to service the hvac unit in July. Paid $300 total. When it was time to turn on the heat the furnace wasn’t lighting. Scheduled another appointment and it turns out the grounding wire was not reconnected from the previous service they did in July. They fixed it, did a brief cleaning and service, and gave me a new air filter; charged $0 this time abound. I’m pleased with their communication and help.
I was able to get a same-day appointment with a technician to come see why our furnace was blowing cold air. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. In less than 2 hours, he did a full tune up and helped us get warm air again! The price was reasonable, and they will be the first place I call if we need help again in the future.
Responsive on a weekend call. Arrived early, got the job done quickly and took the time to be sure everything clicked on before leaving!
