All American installed gas heaters in my new barn and did a great job!
We have always been very pleased with All American Heating & Cooling services.
They're tech, "Red", is very polite, professional & friendly & always punctual. We have our HVAC serviced twice yearly & Red is always here at least 45 minutes & explains exactly what he does & what he found. Great customer service is scarce these days but not with this business.

Have used them multiple times. Great service, always on time, professional, neat and clean, I felt included and informed on what they were doing and why. Prices have always been very reasonable. Highly recomend them for all of your HVAC and Heating needs. From repair, service to new installations they do a great job with integrity and outstanding customer care.
I will never use anyone else. They are so wonderful to work with. They are affordable, on time and easy to work with.
I recently reviewed All American Heating and Cooling and expressed a problem with not having a call back on an upgrade we wanted to make. The owner of the business called me right away and followed up on my review. He apologized for not getting us the info we were looking for. It is very refreshing to work with a company that will admit they goofed and then they set it right. I told the owner that we were happy with the company and that we would continue to do business with them. I would recommend this business to anyone who lives within their service area. All American Heating and Cooling have serviced our units for years, they are always prompt, friendly and care about concerns that we have had with our unit. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

The worst experience of my life..2017 I had them install an $8+k Carrier unit..at the beginning they came out every time to fix it.. actually replaced board cause installed evidently wrong and water killed it... every fall I would turn on heat and it would not work...they would fix it but I paid...then in summer I would turn on AC and again break so they had to fix it..we tried changing filters every month..had ppl check for brownouts.... finally this year they wanted 2k more.... I called the best after that and Bruce AC has taken over....think they were surprised to see All American placed plastic bag over the unit.... it's finally putting out AC...8/11... I asked for a printout of every service call but have never received anything..... I should preface this with I was a widow and in late 70s.. truly hope that was not the case.... also since we have many pivots on the farm..if major brownouts pivots would automatically shut down.....
After researching many local heating and cooling services, we chose All American Heat and Air Conditioning to replace a furnace and add A/C in our home. From the first time we met All American’s team, we found their employees to have a high level of service. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They offered to wear masks… which was important to us. They installed our furnace, they cleaned up well and were professional in all interactions. The final billing was in line with their estimate. We chose All American because of their good local reputation and their high ratings and reviews. They were recommended to us by others who had used this company. All American delivered the product they promised. Before, during and after the process, they earned our trust. They were professional and we were very happy with the outcome. To sum up our experience, we would highly recommend All American to anyone needing this type of service. We would definitely use them again.

Called today (a Sunday), it was 110deg outside, and our A/C quit on us. The guy was here within 30 minutes!!! He was very professional and helpful. Got our A/C up and running in no time. Even checked the rest of our system, to make sure he had caught everything; AND showed me a couple things to do next year, to be prepared. Truly a great business!!!
I was highly impressed with the fair and thorough quote provided to replace my entire HVAC system. The team that installed my new system were professional, courteous, and very considerate of my home. They reviewed everything upon completion and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend American Heating and Cooling.
Excellent job with installing apco uv sterilizers - very professional and very responsive. Even went beyond in installing them in that they had to move things around to make them fit - they do it correct and will take the extra time to make sure it is done right. I will always use this service since it is a "well oiled" machine and very reasonable in price. The best part is that you can actually talk to a person when you call- very polite and responsive!!

This company is the best, they were on time for my appointment. The representative knew what he was doing and cleaned up after himself, which I told him he didn't really need to do. My visit was wonderful, I will switch to this company now for all my HVAC needs. Thank you!
