Needed service on a mini split, it was blowing chunky black stuff. Hybrid was close by so decided to try them. Office staff is friendly and helpful. My tech Will was knowledgeable and fast and efficient! I highly recommend, I feel lucky to have found Hybrid !
This was the only company that called me back when our AC went out during the heat wave quite sometime ago. They had us cooling within a few hours! I just had another need and the response and service was great.
Every person I have dealt with at Hybrid has been professional, respectful, capable, and nice. We used them to install an air conditioning unit, and for maintenance. They would be my first choice for any future HVAC work.

Professionalism and caring at its best! Hybrid Heating doesn't even service my area, but when my furnace stopped working the Friday before Christmas and after a storm front brought ice and snow to Wilsonville, Megan called me back to try to troubleshoot my furnace issues over the phone. After checking off the first two items, the third turned out to be the issue and I was able to defrost our frozen condensate line and get our furnace running! Megan didn't have to call me back, they wouldn't service my house if they had someone available to help so they had no money on the line, but took the time to try to help anyway. I can't thank her enough for helping us get our furnace running on the last business day before Christmas! I recommend them to everyone who is in their service area because if this is the service they will provide to someone outside their area, I can only imagine the help they can provide to those who are!

Rory is a lifesaver. My air went out and he came the next day Within the time he had specified. Solved the problem. He is very professional, efficient. He explained and answered any questions I had. After having reservations about how much another company was charging I contacted Hybrid to do some of the work. They charged me about $1500 less than the other company wanted to charge me. I canceled my recurring maintenance payments from the other company and will pay these guys to maintain my system from now on. Very professional and was impressed by their tech and general professionalism.
Worst experience ever. I paid in February. Product was on backorder for months. After complaining, I got an upgrade just to have it break down less than a month later. Owner keith never calls you back. The emergency line doesn't even work so you can't even call after hours. They are real quick to take your money, but act like a snail when it comes to installing and repairing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I really wish I did. And when they miraculous do respond to you (3 months later) in a review posts, all you are going to get are excuses after excuses. The best one is : "oh this has never happened before". Give me a break. I try and do my best to try and support family owned businesses, but this definitely left a sour taste in a mouth when it comes to family owned businesses.

Eric did the inspection of the home we are purchasing and he far exceeded our expectation. Then you sent a team to service the furnace at the home we are selling and those two guys were great as well. We are also having Hybrid install a brand new high efficiency propane furnace at our new home and have the utmost confidence that the experience will be top notch!!
