Very friendly and professional technician. Alexis immediately discovered the leak and repaired it in a timely manner. All progress as well as diagnostics were clearly explained throughout the process. This is our second time using this company and Alex as a technician. We will always use them for all our HVAC needs. Thank you for the great and prompt service.
This local company and their technicians came HIGHLY recommended by many many community members. It was a breeze to make an appointment online. Unfortunately I misread the date and had to call to reschedule. When I called in, the person speaking to me was very efficient and kind. They quickly got us rescheduled to a day that fit our calendar better. We received a text message confirmation of the appointment, a reminder confirmation the day before, and a message when the tech was en route. Our technician was Alex. He was here on time and didn’t dillydaddle in getting to work. He was friendy and helpful. He told us about our (old) system, ways to keep it running, and walked us through the issue. We’re so glad we went with Best Owner Direct HVAC! We will definitely continue to use this company, and Alex for our HVAC needs.

Did a great job.
The thermostat they installed with the heat pump doesn't work correctly. After coming out to fix it, I was told that they can't fix it and essentially, to shut up and leave them alone. Hypothetically, if it were my internet connection causing the problem, neither Daiken nor BOD can provide a rationale as to why that would be the case. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that the system works in the final production environment. That it DOES not work should not be my problem. For example, I can't even MANUALLY set the thermostat to the correct time zone. The difficulty is that some of the software treats the system as if it is on Eastern Time and some treats the system as if it is on Pacific Time, which makes using the scheduling features of the system essentially useless. For Best Owner Direct to simply shrug and blame the problem on my internet connection is a failure on their part.

I recently had a ductless heat pump installed. Freddy & Sam were super professional and provided a high-quality install. I highly recommend their services. My electrician Josh, was also fantastic. Best Owner Direct has outstanding employees and very competitive pricing.
Customer service was great but certain I was grossly overcharged!! The service fee AND labor on top for a 1.5 hr visit?? $441???? The contactor that was installed is a $9.99 part!! Very disappointed…

I wan't told the furnace would be exposed, no cover. It looked very bad. I wasn't told the truth,, I even asked if it would be and later called and asked to be sent a picture of the finished furnace and was sent a picture that wasn't the finished one, I feel I was lied to
Awesome experience with this company. They got me scheduled for installation way sooner than I had expected. They showed up on time, were professional and did great work. They probably left my garage cleaner than they found it. Would use them again in the future!
Cody was very helpful. He was also knowledgeable in our system. Best owner direct is the 3rd company that we've gone through and they helped us out when the previous ones couldn't. So glad I was referred to them.
