Pyramid heating and cooling were great to work with! We needed a new AC unit and gas furnace - they were very educational and helpful throughout the process. Pyramid heating and cooling helped us figure out what the best equipment was for our budget and were flexible/easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

I contacted Pyramid to do annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C. Athen performed a comprehensive review of the systems. He actually did maintenance that other companies didn't do and found problems and then he resolved them. He took pride in doing a thorough job. He was patient in answering all of my questions and he educated me about a number of issues. He reviewed the settings on my thermostat in line with my health needs. It was impressive and left me feeling my systems were properly served. Thank you Athen for a job well done.

Great service. Appointment was scheduled easily. Technician was right on time. Answered all our questions. Went the extra step to check on any warranty because unit was here when we bought the house and we had no idea about a warranty. (Sadly, it had expired) Have us tips on usage. We were very pleased with this experience. And we had a coupon to use!
Had AC system preseason check. They installed the system when home was built 2 yrs ago. Very happy with the service.

I had my AC go out the previous summer, and had called a different company for a quote. Their technician proceeded to tell me the unit couldn’t be repaired. I’ll spare the details of that experience, but ended with a quote of “around $20,000”. Obviously, I wasn’t prepared for that kind of expense, so I shelved it for something to deal with later. Enter Pyramid. I called for them to provide a quote, and Athen was out here a couple of days later. I fired up the AC, and he literally had it fixed in about five minutes, was just a part that had to be swapped, and it’s cost me less than $200. He was informative and helpful the entire time, the experience was better than I could’ve hoped for. Pyramid saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars that was quoted from the other guys. I cannot recommend them enough.

For the last 7 years as the facilities manager for several commercial properties I have had nothing but great experiences working with PHC. In addition to quarterly maintenance, cleaning and misc repairs 2 years ago we were in dire need of a new upgraded control system. After getting several detailed estimate from various vendors as expected PHC was by far the best choice based on price and the overall comfort level of having Athan in charge of project from start to finish. ( Athan is absolutely the most experienced HVAC tech in the NW with undeniable attention to detail. ) The new Prolon system is amazing and virtually trouble free. Pyramid installed our entire HVAC and radiant floor system in a new house we built. Not only did they do an absolutely fantastic job, but they were also wonderful to work with. Their crews were always on time, respectful and thorough in performing their work. Their follow-up on everything once the job was complete was above and beyond, and their continued system maintenance has been incredibly easy to work with.

Great experience! Left a message Sunday about furnace issue and had the tech here 8:30am Monday! Great service and fixed an issue another company wanted several hundred more to fix. Strongly recommend Pyramid Heating!
