Brian at Larson Mechanical is your guy. Responsive, helpful, and honest. Helped me get my gas furnace running over the phone in a pinch during a snowstorm. This was after another HVAC company came out and charged me an arm and a leg to misdiagnose the issue. They tried to charge me $900 to replace something that didn't even need to be replaced, and they left me in the cold. Brian got me up and running over the phone then fixed the issue in 15 minutes for 1/10th the price. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks Brian.

I couldn’t open my freezer door, so I called two companies to help. They didn’t pick up. I called Brian and he picked up. I called him around 5 PM on Thursday and he told me he would text me the next day when he could stop. He texted & stopped, and I was really grateful. He’s a wonderful man
Brian (the owner) is as knowledgeable as they come, was very friendly, good communicator, and a talented HVAC technician. He was able to quickly find the problem and knew exactly what to do to get my fridge working again. I will definitely be back with any HVAC issues, and I will definitely recommend his services to friends.
Spoke to them on the phone and they were able to troubleshoot shoot the problem at no cost. Very kind and willing to go the extra mile. Last year my father also used them to fix his AC during the heatwave and they came around same day (when everyone in town was booked weeks out) and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend them enough.
Great honest service. Fridge sounded like it was going out. After 10-15 minutes of inspection, he advised it would self-correct. No charge for any of his time or advice. Several days later it self-corrected. We appreciated his integrity.

After a morning of calling every other company in town and having no luck, Brian answered and was at my house to look at our refrigerator that afternoon. He was on time, extremely kind, knowledgeable and honest. I will be calling him again for any mechanical needs and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Heat wave 2021 it us Thursday as our 20 year old AC unit stopped working. Called Brian at 8:30 in the morning and he was there that afternoon. Very friendly and truly seemed to love his job and making people happy. He had the part on his truck and was done in about 15 minutes. Thank you Brian for still being one of the good ones.

This past summer, we were shopping for an HVAC installer to provide and install a AC unit for our home in Central Oregon. We've worked with a few contractors over the years, and started by asking them who they knew - Larson Mechanical and their owner, Brian, was a name we heard over and over again. So we hired Larson Mechanical to do the job. And we are thrilled with our decision. Brian offer fair pricing, amazing service, a great attitude about life, a willingness to wear a mask without needing to be asked, and impressive follow through. This is small business owner who gets it by providing quality service and fair rates, people will be loyal to you. We cannot say enough about Larson Mechanical - they are simply amazing HVAC contractors.

I ended up having my garage refrigerator/freezer go a little bonkers on me.. Completely filled with food and a little panicky. Brian came over and assessed the situation in a heartbeat. I was lucky that it was only a frozen coil...so he advised me on what to do next to fix the problem. Simple solution..and this "damsel in distress" is very appreciative. He will be the first person I will call if I have any problems with any appliances. Thank you Brian.

Experienced and honest prices! It’s easy to see how he’s serviced bend for over 20 years.
Brian was the only person to return my call when I had an appliance issue. I called 5 other appliance repair options in Bend. He quickly worked through the problem with me over the phone and determined it was an issue I could likely handle myself. He instructed me on how to do it myself when he could have come out and charged me for it. Later, when the problem persisted, he continued to work with me until the problem was resolved. He is extremely fair and very easy to talk to. I will definitely call him again when the next problem arises.
