Best service! Timely, cordial, guys knew what they were doing!
I wouldn’t use this company unless you want to pay for their tech to take a nap in their van and bill you for “research” during that time. They will bill you while their techs are out for lunch as well. Poorly ran company and very unprofessional
I love this business! Being a small business owner and needing help right away! I get it! Above and beyond all the time! These people are spot on! Thank you! Erik Torsten Olson!
Always great service. The guys are awesome. They always get it fixed.
These guys are true professionals. Extremely quick to respond, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!
Called Oregon Equipment Services to service a walk in freezer. Diagnostic was a leak in the radiator. I purchased the replacement part myself for half the price that OES quoted for a part they were not sure was the right one. Repair bill for labor and refrigerant for diagnostic and part replacement (not including part) was $2,091.99. Technicians were professional but the value and competency of work was unsatisfactory. Also, the unit still leaks refrigerant.
Had an older commercial range/griddle/oven with pilot light issues. Another company came and told us it couldn't be repaired and gave us a $13k quote for a new unit. These guys diagnosed the issue with texted photos, overnighted the correct parts, and were able to fix the issues for about $500. Huge savings, quick, and professional.
Awesome camping, big beautiful trees, easy access to beach.
Truly amazing customer service and they always address issues quickly! I honestly would not be able to operate without them!
These guys rock! Professional and quick. They take care of all our commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance and did the installation for us. They've even come through on several occasions and gotten us out of a bind with problem equipment.
One of the more expensive outfits in town. Like most service companies you're at the mercy of their discretion. I'd be sure to double check to make sure you can't just do it yourself before taking it to them.
