I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Roger was our plumber. He came on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
I had a HUGE emergency crop up with our water line. Every plumber I called said "Be out tomorrow (or next week or what have you)" Called this place and he was out in two hours and fixed the problem. Thank you Preston! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
We lost water to the house with a 5 day old baby. They fit us in for same day within 2 hours of my initial call and Preston was able to fix the leak — it required a ton of digging and laborious work that Preston took care of in order to help us. We feel so grateful for Preston’s help to get our water back up and running same day. Liz was also fantastic to work with when scheduling the service - excellent experience overall, highly recommend.
Preston repaired both of my outdoor leaky faucets. He was very nice and did the repair quickly. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter (Preston) in the future.
Ladies in the office were very kind and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Jason, technician, was great. He was a little perturbed when the insurance company I was trying to work with kept giving me and himself the royal run around. Great people to work with!!!! Would call them any time.
I only use Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. Roger is our favorite plumber that we always request, and Cambria is amazing! Just a stellar company with good people.

From the initial call to Mr. Rooter of Central Oregon, I could tell I was dealing with an extremely professional business. We had a need for a same day look at one of our toilets and had a contractor out within hours. James was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thorough work, extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I would confidently refer anyone in need of a local plumber to Mr. Rooter. Way to provide excellent customer service all around!

Also water break they came immediately The men are so polite and explain everything thing they are doing to core the problem. We had a disaster so they got us connected us to CODR.

I called after hours and had a call within 10 minutes. Unable to come out that evening, but set a time for the following day and showed up earlier. Roger was informative and got the job done. He made me feel comfortable about the safety & choice from our first phone call until the final transaction. The company was great and the rep was AMAZING!!
We had CPVC pipes at one location and they froze. We called Mr. Rooter and they responded that day. We had them replace the CPVC sections with Pecs . Great job and excellent service technicians.
