Mt View has exceeded my expectations every time. Products are quality, service is exceptional and customer service is courteous and professional. Del came to service my HVAC to day and he was informative and personable, felt like the days when you could do business with a handshake. Thank you Dell. Bottom line, I trust Mt View heating. And that says a lot these days!
I have always enjoyed working with Mountain View Heating. They have treated me well though both the purchase and maintenance process. I am writing in specifically in response to recent service performs by Del and he was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

5 stars is well deserved. The technician got in touch while on the way, was on time and a consummate professional throughout the maintenance and a very pleasant individual. We thought he was an excellent representative of this company which we have used at our Sunriver home for decades.
Great customer service. Company rep Donnie was very professional and gave us great advice on our old HVAC system. Did not try to sell us a new unit and we made a plan wait until it makes sense to install a new unit all at once. Highly recommend this company!
My father utilized their services for years, and I recently purchased his property and am happy to continue doing business with them. They are always professional and courteous. I have also had two surprise emergency issues, one on a weekend, and they made time to come out and get my issues resolved. Highest recommendation.
Second time we have had an issue with our AC/Furnace and both times they have been able to get someone out right away. Jacob is awesome diagnosis problems quickly and gives you all your options. Superior service to other HVAC companies in the area we have used. Highly recommend.

Arrived at the appointed time and went to work on the maintenance of the furnace. When finished he explained what he had done and any issues that I should watch for. Very efficient. Highly recommend Mountain View Heating.

Del of Mountain View Heating here in Bend, Oregon recently did maintenance work on both my furnace and the AC unit. He explained things to me very well. The fees seemed reasonable to me. I can recommend Mountain View Heating without hesitation.
Jacob K came out and diagnosed the issues and fixed our AC quick! We now have nice cool air cooling us again! He was super nice and courteous.
