I really appreciate that a real person answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The guys that came we're right on time, very professional, kept me informed throughout the work, cleaned everything up, and, even reglued the door gasket, lubricated the handle and cleaned the glass at no additional charge. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely use this business again and recommend them to friends and family. Call them, their awesome.
Thank you to Masters Touch for cleaning and making our wood stove work like it is supposed to. We have had no further issues with smoke in the house since your visit and our fires are burning great.
I am so impressed! I love these guys! We have used Master's Touch a few times for chimney sweeping and they are always professional, clean, and timely. Recently, we asked if they would replace and install a new wood burning stove in our home. Nick came out to inspect the situation, gave a reasonable quote, made sure the quote included everything that needed to be up to code, and we scheduled a time for them to install. We purchased our stove on sale at Lowes and had no idea what we were doing. Nick and Daniel came out to install it, grabbed some extra parts from their shop (free of charge) and made the whole thing happen in under 3 hours! They even hauled out our old stove for us and the whole thing came in under the estimated price!! They made it clear that given the age of our home and the constitution of our roof, it could go the other way, but they did everything they could for us and I am more than pleased. Before leaving, the guys cleaned up after themselves... even hauling out my own cardboard trash from the new stove that had been delivered! They are personable, professional, a little silly, and so stink'n cute! But don't let their adorable smiles and youth fool you. They know their stuff. Because we have used Master's Touch before, I have met several of the guys on the team. They are all wonderful. Amy (scheduler) is super honest and knowledgeable and Doug is a hoot over the phone. Treat them well and they will treat you well in return!

This company lives up to it’s reputation! Daniel and Pete were a huge help with my wood burning stove. They were able to prioritize me earlier than scheduled and finished the job in an efficient and effective manor. The best part is that they didn’t just perform a service, they provided me with insight and tips to help maintain the performance in the future. Thanks again for a job well done gents.

Fantastic experience from scheduling to completion. I’d forgotten how clean my wood stove could be! Looked like a brand new unit when they were done. Friendly staff from the scheduling person to the crew that arrived. Definitely using them for all of my cleaning and maintenance needs.
Cleaned and inspected stove and chimney including repairs to the chase cap. Left our house cleaner than before they arrived.

Great experience! I love that it’s a family run operation and they are super honest and professional and gave me a great price! I got my ducts and dryer vent cleaned, and wood stove serviced. Plus the dogs liked them… always a good sign!
