HSS installed a new data network system throughout our home with state of the art AV systems in several rooms. They also installed Lutron motorized shades throughout the home. Every detail was planned and executed with incredible professionalism and workmanship. The entire team, including Austin, Ray, and Ryan among others, were so knowledgeable and personable. Not only were they always happy to answer our endless questions about the install as they worked but they were just a pleasure to have around the house. And they addressed an issue that arose (only because of my supersonic hearing) with a perfect solution and no additional cost! We really cannot say enough about this team. They exceeded expectations in every regard on our project. And we know they are there for us should questions arise as we live with the new system. Thank you HSS!
We used HSS for our home/office audio and video set up and the work they did was amazing. Not only are they very knowledgeable about the products they work with, but they also have a great deal of experience and expertise in customizing the systems to match the settings they are going into. On top of the technical aspect, the HSS team was very friendly, professional, and it is clear they all take pride in their work. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again.
Several years ago, HSS replaced our existing system and this year, we had major upgrades done that involved replacing equipment and adding a new audio zone. It was our first experience working with Austin, who was patient with all our questions and handled everything with great kindness and a sense of humor. The install team included Robert, Ray, Jason and Ryan – all of whom were amazing. The group was respectful of us and our space, and they went to great lengths to do their work in a safe, professional and efficient way. Whenever we had questions about what was being done or what the charges included, Austin always took the time to call, email or come by in person to make sure all our concerns were addressed and we were completely happy with everything. The team is a model for excellent customer service that makes for happy and loyal customers like us. We know things are not always easy and we can be demanding customers at times, but in the end, Lawrence, Austin and the entire team make us feel like we matter and they want us to be satisfied – and believe us – we are! We love our Control 4 system - we cannot imagine having a house without it. Thanks Lawrence, Austin and crew for being there for us!
My experience with HSS was nothing but spectacular. I worked with Austin early on in the design phase. He was very solutions-driven, and gave me numerous options to consider. Robert did the majority of the install and training, and was incredibly professional and great to work with.
HSS designed and installed a full home automation and AV system as part of a new home construction. Throughout all phases of the project, from design/scoping/costing, to installation, to final fine tuning, I found HSS to be a great partner. They communicated clearly and transparently, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and invested in the final outcome, and are highly responsive if an issue arises. HSS has now worked on three different properties that I own, the latest being my personal home. The end result of their hard work is a fully integrated lighting, audio, television, and security package that is incredibly easy to use, but very high end. They team from HSS worked diligently to ensure that the finished product is incredibly organized, well thought out, and works easily. I couldn’t be happier with the company.
Lawrence and his team did an excellent job on our home. I cannot say enough about their expertise and the quality of service. Basically their Control 4 system runs most of the house and it is an amazing system, that makes our daily lives much easier. I highly recommend them.

This is a very professional company and their staff is a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge of network systems and components is awesome. Their home installation work is craft. They listened to us, turned our smart home system design ideas into a detailed plan, explained it thoroughly, including component and pricing details, and put everything in writing. They never tired of answering our questions. And, after completion of our installation, their customer support and response has been superior. Laurence and his team designed, built and have maintained the home network and infotainment system in our home in Bend. We highly recommend HSS. Very professional. They think and act like engineers, not rockhead contractors. Our build was very detailed and complicated. We highly recommend HSS !

The trio @ HSS are so knowledgeable , so professional completely up to date and are perfectionists. They will not quit until their clients are totally satisfied. The first product they installed just was not compatible and so they totally replaced it with a different product. They will tweak and fine tune until you are perfectly happy.
Had HSS replace an AV system installed in a custom home built in 2013. Existing system plagued with issues, extremely dissatisfied. Happily all that is now in the review mirror thanks to HSS. Team is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, timely, patient, responsive, competent and basically are a fun group to be around. They even clean up after themselves!!! These guys are all Crazy Smart but can easily communicate issues in such a way to make the non-technical client comfortable. i recommend HSS without hesitation or qualification.
After interviewing three local vendors we went with HSS, based on their professional presentation and variety of performance/budget options. We clearly made the right choice. In particular, we appreciate both the networking and home theater integration, as well the growth potential for future projects. I contacted HSS to update an old system in my home. Lawrence gave me several options from working with my old system to installing a new one. I went with the new system and very glad I did. HSS fit me in their schedule and did the install while I was on a work trip. Being in the building and real estate business I see a lot of installs and they definitely did an excellent job and I would recommend them without hesitation.
We recently used HSS for our home automation needs. Robert and Lawrence were easy to work with, and followed thru with everything that we asked for. Kudos to Robert especially: when we were electronically challenged, he was there to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend HSS for home automation.

I had Home System Solutions come to my house to set up a network for my home office and entertainment system. These guys really know their stuff. Brendan was helpful, efficient and asked the right questions when setting up our system.

I was provided multiple options to meet our needs. The install was very thorough, clean and professional.
