I got several estimates and was not satisfied with any of them. Out of luck, I found Heat Cool and am so thankful that I did! Their estimate was extremely more reasonable and fair. I was also very impressed by their "down to earth" attitude and demeanor. I didn't feel "sold" or "taken advantage of" like I did with other companies that gave me estimates. I received prompt, efficient service and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this company!
We had a great experience with Heat Cool. Jason (the owner) went out to Sunriver to check what we needed the same day I called. He gave me a quote that day and got the job done next morning (and it was a Saturday). We were having guests arriving later that day, and thanks to Heat Cool the house was ready.
Jason at Heat / Cool was very professional, responsive and fair price over other quotes. Our new Mitsubishi mini split was installed on time , very clean install and very happy with the unit. We will use Jason again on our next future project. Rick and Diane
Install was done well everything is working just like Jason said it would glad he explained the Heat pump system to me everything is working fine just like he said it would!
They replaced my old furnace, installed A/C, installed an electrostatic air filter, on time, at budget, and with 0% financing. Since then, they have been out to service the system and again did a prompt and professional job. They are good!
We needed to add a new AC unit to our home in Bend. Jason gave us a very fair price, and we ended up replacing the heater at the same time. He got the job done as promised during the busy season! We had a minor freon leak a year later and he came out to fix it. They were easy to work with, great pricing, great install and follow up.

Jason was a professional from start to end. Competitive bid, friendly customer service and excellent technical HVAC knowledge. We stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. What a dream!!
Jason went above and beyond to meet the needs of our home despite supply chain issues. The mini split system keeps all our spaces comfortable, quietly. AC on Friday night of early June, heat on Sunday during the cold rain. Silent, evenly dispersed moving air blankets the room. He was responsive to any concerns we had and followed up in person. Professional, trustworthy and kind to pets. Give him a call.
my air conditioning started smelling like mold the day after they left, turns out they left a water bottle inside my vents and the costs i have to pay now are in the hundreds ! they were also late to our scheduled time and very disrespectful and unprofessional. dont waste your money
