Their office staff answers their own phones vs “nationwide answering service” who never call back. They had a technician call me within an hour or so (this during the hard freeze we were having & how busy they were). Tech was here same day!! HVAC system installed ASAP. Arrived exactly at time promised. Very friendly, helpful, even helped with what I consider over & above!! I also had an electrician here for something I did. They also came same day, repaired same day & again friendly & over & above!! Highly recommend this company!!!
I can not say enough good things about this business! They have been with my business since the beginning with an install and have always been so responsive and willing to help immediately! We are so grateful to have Griffin as part of our business family!! Thank you so much for all you do!!

As a commercial property manager in Bend I use Griffin almost exclusively. They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Also, despite how crazy busy they are, the girls that are on the front lines of customer calls are always upbeat, pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful. While I'm sure they have enough business and don't need this recommendation, I feel they do deserve public acknowledgement of their quality work and service. Thank you Team Griffin!
This past weekend I had my heat pump compressor die. I called griffin heating and was given a very rapid monday morning response. They sent a very skilled tech out to my house who quickly diagnosed and installed a new compressor in my outdoor unit. Within just a few short hours our house had heat. Thank you so much for your quick and professional fix.
I was in a pinch and Griffin came through for me, highly recommended!
Griffin Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration and I go back a few years, and I can attest to their expedient service and the knowledge each service technician brings to the forefront assuring the highest standard in maintenance, diagnostics and subsequent repair, or often times the replacement of one's heating, air conditioning and/or commercial refrigeration systems. Also, it is important to add, the common denominator that unjustly afflicts most, if not all HVAC/R companies, and this being the price that one pays for repair or replacement, should be given more consideration to all aspects that comprise the final sum, and my reason for including this isn't unknown to you nor is it something I invented, but it's true, the price of quality and performance of is proportionate, or, I'm my case, I am more than willing to pay a premium for excellence. The men and women from Griffin are deserving of it. Oh, and if you kids get this review, tell old man who started this business on a shoestring and a truck, that Pete says Hi. Take care

Griffin Heating is my go to company for HVAC needs. As a property manager in Sunriver with over 100 homes/condos, I am always impressed with their quick responsiveness, service and quality of work.
I want to thank Griffin Heating and Cooling for their outstanding service. They fixed the problem in a prompt and professional manner. I appreciate them taking the time to thoroughly explain the problem and how he would repair my heating system. The representative who assisted in dispatching provided prompt service out to my home on this extremely cold day.
I used this company to install 7 HVAC units for my office building and to service them. When asked for a diagram or blueprints of how the ductwork was installed they could not provide them. I contacted the company several times to ask for them. The owner finally called me back after several message were left with the front office. He said he would provide them and never did. They do not have good follow through!
They charged me to replace an expensive part that another heating company later told me was fine, and then when they installed it, the tech named Michael attached the two tiny wires that went to a 30 amp breaker to the part which required 90 amps; needless to say it almost burned my house down. This company is totally incompetent! Beware.
Griffin Heating helped us with our mini split system after the hard winter we had. Griffin wasn't the original installer, but they came out and identified the issue and worked directly with the manufacturer to determine that the warranty was still in effect. They were very prompt and professional about getting us on the schedule and hitting the timeline we needed. We very much appreciate the help Griffin Heating gave us and would definitely recommend and use them in the future. Thanks guys!
