GreenSavers replaced our natural gas furnace with a modern heat pump so now we have AC as well as heat. Scheduling was easy, they were on-time and on-schedule, everyone we talked to was personable, polite, and knowledgeable, and prices were well below the competition for similar equipment. The system hasn't really had to turn on so far as the weather has been mild but working with GreenSavers has been great!
Megan Cummings, consultant, was our initial contact for a mini-split heat pump. She was very thorough, professional and explained how the system would work. In comparison to other companies, GreenSavers (Megan) was the only company who offered the "Within Reach Incentive", interest-free financing and told us how to apply for a federal tax credit. In addition, the GreenSavers installers, Luke & Chris, and the contract electrician, Wynter at kerelectric, were awesome; very professional, polite and informative. And they they cleaned up when finished! A great experience with GreenSavers and we love our new heat pump!

Greensavers has done great work on my historic home (built in 1928) to help me make it more efficient and comfortable: from insulation to foundation repair to sealing and duct work, their work is reliable and professional. It feels good to know you're working with a company who is trying to do the right thing for the well being of its customers and the well being of the environment.
We used GreenSavers for a weatherization package for our 1970s home--insulating under the main floor, in the attic crawlspace, and sealing the ducts. The process was seamless--great communication, clear estimates, and excellent work. Our project took longer than expected due to staffing issues, but GreenSavers very clearly communicated this beforehand so there were no surprises. Highly recommend!

We opted for the Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat h2i which has saved us not only money, but also worries and discomfort during Summer highs and Winters lows. The learning/buying process made for an effortless decision to work with GreenSavers. Communication was clear, scheduling was a little further out than we’d anticipated but it was certainly worth the wait. My partner and I had such a rewarding experience with the team at GreenSavers that we would 11/10 recommend them to anyone searching for a more efficient solution to bettering their home, their planet.
Water heater replaced in timely and efficient manner. Window installation was interrupted by incorrect measurements of gable end windows. All work carefully done.
GreenSavers replaced our gas-fired water heater with a hybrid heat pump unit. I was very happy with all stages of the process, from initial assessment, through quotation, and finally installation. Everyone I dealt with at GreenSavers on this job was professional and easy to work with.
The team at Greensavers really came through for me on a nuanced and complicated multi zone heat pump system. From the leg work of Megan who helped me with the design of the system to Josh the installer who was easy to work with and considerate of my ocd nature of the install being top notch. Initially I felt the quote for the system was high and I did price it around with 6-8 other central Oregon HVAC companies. None of them came anywhere close to the quote I received from Greensavers. And with the synchrony financing they offered going with Greensavers was a no brainer and I am definitely satisfied that I chose Greensavers. I strongly recommend Greensavers if you are looking at a Mitsubishi multi zone heat pump system. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, I did and all the other HVC players in central Oregon are just that, players who come off like car salesmen with laughable quotes (you know who you are). Simplify your life, don’t be a dumb dumb, go with Greensavers.
The HVAC installation went well after they brought out the correct outdoor unit. The window installation went well. We called them back after installation for some casements that didn't open well and the lead tech was here the next day. He fixed those windows and checked all the others. You can always get someone on the phone and they are helpful and courteous. The crew were careful, honest, wore masks in the house, and were very helpful.
GreenSavers was very responsive to needs and did a great job. I had one item I wanted them to come back and look at and they did this without hesitation.
Had a great experience with GreeSavers. Our house had gotten a bad ice-dam and GreenSavers came in and helped optimize the heat and air flow in our attic. Our furnace is in our attic so we really needed to create better air flow, patch up what was shotty initial ducts and vents. We also added a lot of insulation. Great job all around.

I hired GreenSavers to do a home energy review and to implement their suggestion to add additional ventilation and insulation in our attic to keep our house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. This also took care of our problems associated with ice dams building up on our roof eaves. We had an excellent experience with GreenSavers, they delivered exactly what they promised, on time and on budget. We would definitely hire them again.
Several years ago Meagan and crew gave me quotes for a number of weatherization items. Over the past years, I have whittled away at them as finances allowed. I am very pleased with response time, efficiency, tidiness, friendliness & professionalism of each crew. My questions were thoroughly answered. Just completed attic insulation project. House is noticeably warmer. I reccomend Greensavers highly.
