No call no show on scheduled appointment. Called (got voice mail) and e mailed about missed appointment. No response.
Fantastic service and quality! Ryan is very knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Ryan made sure we were taken care of by going the extra mile!
Had them come out to add in a gas line for laundry and stove (already have gas service to furnace and H2O heater). Very nice young man came and did the install. He forgot to install the valve and cap for the laundry. Instead of doing the proper hard-pipe install from the garage, used a "Flex" pipe, wrapping it around the hot water heater! When Josh, the supervisor/owner (?) came out to install the forgotten valve for the laundry, he said the work was sub-par and "Lazy" on part of the plumber doing the install. Assured me that he would make things right. Been a couple months now - crickets from the company. They charged on the high end of the going rate, in regards to estimates, but did not match their bill, in regards to quality workmanship.

Einstein has always provided us with great service (usually much faster than anyone else could.) Liam is a rock star. Thorough, professional, went out of his way to make sure the current problem was fixed - and helped troubleshoot other issues. Highly recommend!
Ryan was tremendous in his service in replacing my hot water tank. Hauled everything off and had the job completed a few hours. Highly recommend.
Liam came out to replace our old water heater and was very nice, thorough at explaining things, and seems to have done a great job as we now have hot water! The price seemed par compared with other quotes I got over the phone from different companies but the biggest plus to me was they were able to come out and install same day. Hopefully we don’t need them again anytime soon but if we do I wouldn’t hesitate to.
We are eternally grateful to Einstein Pros! I discovered a burst pipe in my crawlspace the Wed. afternoon before Thanksgiving. We called Einstein, and Kelly (I think that's her name) got Ryan out to our house immediately to fix the pipe. Ryan did a great job with the repair, plus was informative and efficient. We can't thank him enough for being willing to come over to help us right before the holiday. Both he and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we had a good (and dry!) Thanksgiving. Thank you so much!!!
Ryan was amazing, on time, and A joy to work with! We will definitely ask for him again! Einstein plumbing was super helpful in getting someone to the house in such a short time and the office staff was nice, understanding, and really helpful! Definitely recommend them!
Ryan was great, initially we were started a re-pipe and after removing one of the pipes we talked to Ryan about how clear the pipes ended up looking and he agreed that we should not continue the re-pipe and put our money towards other things that our home really needed. It’s so refreshing to have someone be honest and have our best interest at heart. Ryan did great work and we highly recommend Enstein Plumbing and Ryan!

Anthony came out last week to fix my heater... it stayed fixed for less than a day. Since I'd already paid my bill I called. My messages went unreturned for 2 days, actually got them to pick up the phone after a couple of days. Scheduled an appointment.. they no showed, no call, and are not returning calls. I've been 100% polite and as I said paid them within 10 minutes of getting their bill and now I'm having to contest their charges with my card company and find a new company. I would avoid this company if you want work done, communication, or someone that understands HVAC.
Let me start by saying Clinton was very nice and personable. I do have a problem with the service. Clinton started off the visit by asking how old our water heater was. We didn’t know as new home owners. His first suggestion was to replace the water heater. We can’t afford a new one at the moment and our only problem is air keeps getting in the water heater. The water is plenty hot. So, we flushed the water heater, since I didn’t know how, until the water went from a coffee color to clear. After that, he charges us the diagnostic fee and went on his way. This morning, the problem still persists. We really don’t want to pay for another diagnostic fee, but we still want our water heater fixed. This never happened prior to our new well being hooked up. So, something has to be wrong with the heater or well install. And it only happens with the hot water.
