Bend Heating has been servicing our furnace/ac annually and has always been thorough. This year the AC needed a new part and it was quickly installed.
Initially I wrote a poor review of my Bend Heating service which was superficial and unimpressive. The company called me, reviewed my dissatisfaction and sent out another technician to redo the maintenance call. John came out today was awesome! Professional, extremely knowledgeable and he taught me a number of things about my system I did not know. I could not be more satisfied with Bend Heating. I totally appreciate their response to my initially poor experience and now highly recommend them and especially John.
I was in need and Bend Heating helped me greatly. Our ac broke. I needed it repaired and they fixed it in a timely manner. My family greatly appreciated your timely response and service. I will use Bend Heating from now on for my ac service.
They came out to do the annual maintenance and were able to catch and repair a problem before it became a bigger and more expensive problem.

Bend Heating has provided great service; responsive, friendly and fairly priced. We had them come with heating issue around the holidays and they made sure we were taken care of. Most recently, Ron serviced our heater, he went about and beyond and was super friendly. I would recommend them.

I am so grateful to Ron and his assistant for coming over, same day, when my furnace went out on the day Bend dropped to 12 degrees and I had a sick 9yo at home from school. Not only did they fix the pressure valve, but changed the filter, and tightened the thermostat cables. Total lifesavers!

Bend Heating is exceptional. I call them for all my heating and cooling needs.i recently had them service my gas fireplace. The Service Technician, Ron Gragert was on time and professional. He even pointed some features of the fireplace I was unfamiliar with. I highly recommend Bend Heating.

20 years ago, we made the mistake of going with the lowest bidder on a new furnace. He took our money and skipped town leaving us with a half finished project. Bend Heating came in to the rescue. Even though they didn't sell us the furnace, they did help us and get the half done mess working. We've used them for service over the years, and they have always been great. Today, we finally corrected our original error and had them install a new high efficiency heat pump. They showed up exactly on time. The job took exactly how long they said. Despite my wife's insistence that she could clean up, they vacuumed the floors and left the place spotless. Bend Heating is a fantastic company, run by caring and skilled people that really want to make sure the job is done right. We can't recommend them any higher.
I have received nothing short of kind, professional, and prompt service from everyone I have interacted with at Bend heating and sheet metal. Shawn has been my go-to contact and she always responds quickly and sorts out what needs to be done. Bruce has come out twice to check on something for me and has gone above and beyond (like resetting a smoke detector in the garage that was beeping at me that I had been ignoring all day). I am so happy I went with this company for our mini split install and ongoing maintenance.
We’ve signed up for a service contract so we’re happy with their work so far. We have an older system so it caused a bit of delay in getting the part. Once correct part was received it was promptly repaired.
I called around the first of October and scheduled an appointment for someone to look at my floor heat system. All seemed fine and the tech came out and looked at the unit. He said he needed to order parts. This is were it goes sideways. After 16 text messages between me and the tech I get an email saying sorry were just too busy find someone else. I called the main office and got the run around. They said Steve was the owner of that side of the business. Called him and he stated he did not authorize the appointment and was too busy. Funny the lady who scheduled me should of known that. I offered to buy the parts his tech had ordered and he said yes. Steve stated he would call me back. Never heard another word. Beware using this company. They cherry pick the good jobs and screw the little guys. Just a word of advice. Amazon sells books on customer service. The owner may want to brush and learn a new skill.
