We are so impressed with Bruton Comfort Control, not only did they answer the phone when we called to let them know our air conditioner went out, on one of the hottest days of the year, plus it was the 4th of July! Additionally, they had a person to come out the next day and repaired our a/c! That is impressive service we will stick with!

Just called this company for a second estimate on a Heat Pump replacement for a 1100 sqft home that I got a quote for 8k on. Their salesperson was quite rude and clearly not interested. Besides the 15k verbal quote, he laughed at my questions and asked me if I wanted anything else from him after I asked them. May destiny prove me wrong if these people know better than to be polite and considerate with potentiel customers.
The folks at Bruton were very responsive, from the initial interview and proposal, through the process of getting HOA approval, and with the installation, right on schedule, of our great new ductless heating/AC system, as well as removing the outdoor component of our old system. They are great at answering questions and explaining how systems work. We are very happy and much more comfortable with the new system.
Arthur Gomez was the tech who came out, and actually got here a little early which was nice. He was able to quickly diagnose AND FIX my AC and offered opinions and descriptions and answered my questions during his short time here. I have already recommended Arthur to a neighbor. This made my day. Thank you for the quick and cost effective fix!!!
We had a large project with a lot of moving parts: removing an old boiler, adding new heat pump, removing old hot water, adding new tank-less hot water, and adding a generator. We interviewed 5 electricians, 5 plumbers, 5 HVAC outfits and chose Bruton immediately for all the HVAC work. Of the 5 HVAC outfits we talked to, only Bruton told us we weren’t getting what we should out of our existing AC mini-splits. Following their suggestion, we added some funding in the quote for a new Heat Pump to look at the old units. Not only were these guys SUPER professional, and did an outstanding job on the new heat pump (and removing the old external boiler unit), the old min-splits are now fantastic – way better than when they were new. Bruton found a lot of issues our previous installers left behind that greatly affected performance including a completely occluded, kinked, coolant line and loose caps on the coolant lines. Don’t look any further – these guys are the best – AND very busy - so contact them early to get on the schedule – it was definitely worth the wait (they were that last team in line to come in and complete our upgrades). You will not be disappointed. Some of the HVAC outfits recommended putting the heat pump in the attic with all new ducting because it was more convenient for THEM – Bruton replaced the air handler unit under the house and re-used/repaired our existing ducts! Stop looking and use these guys! Wish I could pick 10 stars....
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Bruton Comfort Control! My AC wasn’t working so I reached out to them and they immediately responded to my call, squeezed me into their schedule and a few days later they fixed my AC. They were very responsive via phone call , text message updates and email. When they were on their way for the repair I received a text message letting me know, which was very helpful. I also spoke to James on the phone several times and he was professional, understanding and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Bruton Comfort Control to anyone needing any sort of HVAC assistance!

On time and professional. They were early and did an exceptional job, showed knowledge and were open to all my questions. Finished early and cut the estimate quite a bit. I trust them and am keeping them in file for any and all future mini-split services. I am overjoyed!!
So impressed with the service we received from Bruton! James is so personable and professional. The installation team was awesome too. We presented so many scheduling headaches to them and they took them in stride and accompanied us. Every aspect of the experience was top notch!
Excellent company. Family owned, Beaverton neighborhood installed Ductless heating/A/C system in 7, 2017 and have provided yearly maintenance. All affiliated are wonerful to deal with: experienced, explanatory and personable. Highly recommend this company.
We scheduled our yearly HVAC service with Bruton and I am beyond impressed. Professional, timely and thorough! Leonard even caught an issue with our system that was (unknowingly) this close to dying. 10/10 will use Bruton again.

Matt Bruton did an evaluation of our kitchen exhaust duct that had been amplifying noise coming down from the roof fan. He explained pros and cons of various options so we could follow up with a duct modification to help reduce the noise. Matt was very thorough and answered all our questions.
Have used this company for years. They are professional and always on time and a pleasure to have them in our home. Leonard was professional and very clear as to what he found/fixed and what recommendations he had going forward.

Bruton was great to work with, both when they installed our furnace and on maintenance visits. They were really easy to set up an appointment with, showed up on time and were extremely thorough in their work. They were straightforward and honest about the work done and did it at a very fair price. Great business to work with.
Very pleasant young serviceman who was on time, knew what to do and did it. Appreciated the notification and reminder system. Not too intrusive. Some are almost harassment.
