Another great annual maintenance visit from AAA today. Phalen came in this morning on time and he was efficient, thorough and explained everything when he was done. Will keep coming back every year. Thank you!

We had our annual HVAC service today. We have usedAAA for well over 20 years and I have to say they are wonderful company. Our tech Phalen was on time and gave a thorough inspection and adjustment of the system. He reviewed the results with us and made his recommendations. A great experience!

The HVAC duct & vent cleaning Stephanie and Sean with AAA Heating and Cooling provided was excellent! They called with their arrival time, explained what they were going to do, answered all of my questions, worked efficiently and very thorough. Polite and professional in every way.
Sean and Stephanie were like a beehive, furiously working and getting out duct cleaning done quickly and with precision. I got to watch in respect as they vacuumed, blew and persuaded thirty years worth of accumulated horror out of our vents. Job well done, I would trust them with my HVAC system any day!

AAA came out and did a duct cleaning after a major construction project that generated a significant amount and dust in our system. Sean and Stephanie were incredible. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. We would highly recommend this company!
Alex was very professional and knowledgable. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with our Air conditioner. I was very happy that he was able to fix it and we didn't need a replacement. Thanks Alex!

Sean and Stephanie just performed duct cleaning at my home and were great to work with. They arrived at the very beginning of the service window and finished before I expected. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable and I’m glad to finally have gotten this service done.

I have used AAA Heating & Cooling for years and have always had a positive experience with them including when I needed my furnace replaced, a major AC repair, and emergency visits for both heating and cooling. The last HVAC service call I had with AAA Phalen was my technician and he did a very thorough job that was much appreciated.
Alex came by and fix my ac leaking issue. He was very detailed in his work and found 2 spots that was causing the issue. He was very friendly and great to speak with. He was prompt to come by on the time slot reserved and explain everything very clearly.
Stephanie and Sean came to our house today and helped us so much! They were incredible the services provided were professional, swift, and thorough both Stephanie and Sean were so kind and their communication for what they needed to get the job done was clear and simple! Over all this was definitely a five star service and I have already recommended them both to family and friends in the area!
