Although I live 30 miles from their home office, Burks was in the area and agreed to come and llook at my overflow valve. The boss came over and quickly diagnosed the problem, Although he was not certified to do the annual inspection, he gave me the name of a plumber who was. He refused payment for his visit, but I will use Burks in the future for all my plumbing needs. Extraordinary service!
