This inflation is out of control! Or did i get taken advantage of! Vision/blue something HVAC just replaced a blower motor that was under warranty. 3hrs to diagnose 3hrs to replace! Are you ready! $1053.00!!!!!! That is just their labor. Sorry to say we won't be using them again.

I was told I qualified for a "special discount" by their sales rep on a social media post. I was put on the schedule for a week later between 2-4 PM after having a discussion with the sales rep via Facebook Messenger. The morning of the service I had yet to hear what my additional discount was supposed to be. I messaged the same sales rep and asked. Facebook showed the message seen shortly after sending. No response was ever given whatsoever. 2-4 PM came and passed regardless of the hassle it was for me to have someone present since the wife and I would still be at work. At 4:05 PM I received a text asking if I was still interested and that they hadn't even arrived yet. Not at 3 or 3:15 with a courtesy informing that they would be late and if I wanted to reschedule or what have you. No, after their allotted time had passed. This company makes empty promises and has unprofessional customer service and consideration. I will not use this business and encourage everyone to look elsewhere.

Ex employee,pay is good but he jobs and workers are a mess nobody knows what to do or how to begin on these jobs their rude the journeyman dont train it's a mess save yourself the trouble you want this kinda of fun stick your finger in a mouse trap

My Ac unit outside stopped working so I called the company that installed it. They could not find me in their system from only 4 years ago and when i was told that the technician would show up between 4-5 he showed up at 3 never called me and then left a note on a face mask and put it in my screen door. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I would expect some communication and timely technicians. Edit: I was told on the phone by the lady who scheduled me that she would make it 4-5 because I wasn’t getting off work till then I told her make this as late as you can. They have still not answered the phone or my messages.

We had a super technician today! Major John has done an outstanding job. He was very thorough. He checked so much and stayed with the job until my mini splits were back cooling again. He discovered a part that was not operational at all. My rooms are starting to cool down. Thank you Major John!

Heater quit working, called and they came same day. Tech told me he had good news and bad news. Good news, he figured out what was wrong (control board). Bad news, it was going to be $950 to fix. He went to get part and I got online to see what I could find out. Long story short, I found out they were trying to stick it to me! I told him I would not pay them $950 to replace. He called boss and offered to take $100 off. I said no thanks and paid them $79 for the service call. The part was $99 my cost and I got a friend to help me install it. Took us a half hour. On line said an average cost to replace control board was $400 to $500. I will not be calling Vision Air Services again. Really felt like they were trying to take advantage.

On a cold Tuesday night, I found out there was no heat. Hoping it was a simple fix I waited for my father to look at it...fast forward to a cold Thursday morning I finally bit the bullet and started to call around for a HVAC repair man(or woman). I schedule an appointment for that day, I was supposed to be the fourth stop...only they never showed. I called again the next day (I am not paying after hours unless it's an emergency) and I was assured someone would be out Saturday morning. In the meantime I decided to see what I could do myself since my unit was indicating that the issue lied in the pressure switch. 60 bucks at my local part store and an easy install. I thought I had fixed the problem but still no heat. Saturday comes around and the HVAC guy arrives. First he tells me that it's my compressor....but I point out to him that my air works just fine and show him, then he told me that it was the draft inducer. I ask him if it's an easy fix that I could do myself and he then informs me that he doesnt know because he's never replaced one in my type of unit before. By that moment the warning bells were BLARING and so I pay him and he leaves. I then call Vision and inform the receptionist that I dont feel comfortable with the repair mans diagnosis or his work in general. She assures me everything will be fine and they will send someone else Monday morning. Monday comes around and then I'm told it will be Tuesday. Tuesday comes and this repair man is actually one that has fixed my unit before and is very good at what he does. He looked at my unit and fixed it in 5 minutes. Turns out I had originally fixed it as it was the pressure switch, I just hadn't let the heat run long enough for it to come on. The moral of this super long review is, if you're going to use Vision, if your repair man isn't Devin then you're going to waste your time.

Great company ! Adam quoted a complete HVAC system plus an additional return air vent. Came in several thousand dollars lower than the competitors. They showed up on the scheduled day and time. Very professional install and great customer service. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Great response time. Most HVAC companies charge an arm and a leg to respond to an issue after hours, not vision air. The staff at vision air was very understanding and did not charge me extra for coming out after hours. I have had 2 different service techs at my house, both were very respectful and seemed like quality people. My problem was fixed, my capacitor was replaced, and my Family never woke up covered in sweat. Thank you vision Air, most honest and reliable employees around.
