I’ve been a homeowner for 25 years. Plenty of service calls to my house. I couldn’t recommend Jacob Griggs and Temperature Pro any higher. Did a thorough job, gave suggestions on how to save money and pitfalls to look out for. I feel like I should have paid them.
Jacob was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was one time and worked ha4d to get my unit going. I will use him again.
Tech. Was good...BUT...the cost was astronomical, to change a capacitor cost me $350.00...a 15 dollar part they charged over 125 dollars...service call was 125...not sure what the other 100 dollars they charged was for...never again!!!!!!!!
The guy was wonderful he did an excellent job stayed really late just to make sure everything was good! And very handsome I must add.

Jacob did a first rate job on our HVAC installation. He was very knowledgeable about the system and he and Zac worked overtime removing the old system, making sure that the new one worked properly, and that I understood it before they left. Great job!
Temperature Pro has really been great to work with in regards to our HVAC concerns. That have responded very quickly and handled all of our maintenance concerns.

TemperaturePro always provides great service and is reasonably priced. Last year, they installed an entirely new HVAC system at my home and it works like a charm. They came out this year to perform routine maintenance and install a new smart thermostat. My technician, Jacob, was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

My a/c was not cooling. The outside unit wasn’t running. Joe came out on Monday to inspect it and try to see what was happening. It started working while he was there. Later that evening, it stopped working again and wouldn’t go lower than 76. They came out the next day and found the drain line was clogged and that made it shut off. He cleared the line and presto! It’s working great again! Thank you all!
They sent a picture of technician that was coming. Which I thought was fantastic since I live alone. Tech was polite, and quick to fix the problem.
Once again the whole staff at Temperature Pro is first class! Super attentive and communicative. Always feel like they go out of their way to identify any problems that may arise and get them fixed quickly!
After receiving 5 bids (as I always do), decided to go with Temperature Pro. Not because they were the cheapest, in fact they were comparable to the other estimates that I received. I chose them because of the tech that came out. Jacob was super nice and very knowledgeable he didn’t try to add what I didn’t need. They, as well as a few others, didn’t charge me come give me an estimate.
Brandon was our sales associate, although we did not use their service for now he was prompt, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining everything.
Brandon McBee was nice professional efficient good with my dogs and went above and beyond just to help me out I would not be opposed if he just became our technician when we need our check ups
I turned on the AC for the first time this season and discovered our unit was leaking, there was water everywhere. I called temperature pro and they were quick to send out a tech. Tech discovered that our drainage pipes were never sealed and a few came loose and were leaking. Tech fixed the issue and performed a standard maintenance check to make sure there wasn't any other problem. I signed up for their maintenance plan because I see the value in getting things checked out before a problem comes up, as I experienced.
