The technician provided a very thorough yearly inspection for our 2 air conditioner units complete with pictures and data. I feel this company is very trustworthy and a good value.

David was top-notch. Did a complete home evaluation to discover the source of air leaks in the home as well as the ductwork and provided solutions to fix the issues. Explained everything in detail so we could understand and answered all of our questions and concerns. Spent well over 2 hours measuring, checking and explaining the results. Highly recommend!

Pro Thermal did a very professional evaluation of our home’s heating & cooling needs and determined that our return duct size was undersized on our existing system which meant our existing duct volume was inefficient to provide the heating and cooling we should have had. They installed a larger duct to make it operate with proper efficiency. They replaced our old HVAC system with a Daikin Fit heat pump system and furnace, which should save us a lot on utility costs. They did an outstanding job of installation and cleanup. I highly recommend Pro Thermal.
These guys are great! I learned about Prothermal Heating and Cooling from a weekend program on KRMG radio. After being without central heat for four years, I had reached my limit with several other HVAC companies that would only guess at what might be wrong or would refuse to even touch the unit after seeing how it looked. Both David and Curtis were very understanding and took the time to educate me about my unit and offer me options for future repairs. ProThermal did a great job fixing issues that we had with our vents and installing the new equipment that we needed quickly, at a fair price. They also had very prompt responses. I definitely recommend them for any heat and air need!
Very reliable and professional
The technician was knowledgeable and did his best to save me money. He was honest about what needed to be done to keep the system running efficiently. And also provided info on other things that could be helpful but weren’t critical. There was no pressure and the guy (David) was very polite and clean and careful. I will use this company from now on! Plus the company is local to the Keystone Lake area. I highly recommend them.

My heat quit in the middle of the night called Prothermal and David came out as quickly as possible, explained what he was doing and showed me the repair that was needed, repair was made heat is on and I would highly recommend.
So happy that I was able to learn about ProThermal Heating and Cooling. I learned about them from a local radio station. Made an appointment they showed up and did the complete inspection. They may all the repairs that need to be made. Now my wife and I have confidence that are AC and Heat is in tip top shape.
