I don’t like these air places … they said my mother needed a new air conditioner… called in a independent contractor and was told the unit on the inside had been replaced and was practically brand new parts … superior air said for a 650 sq ft condo it would cost 5-8 thousand dollars … the independent contractor said it just needed charged and he taught us how to use the overly complicated thermostat.. that bill cost us 300$ and it’s freezing inside the apartment now!! Don’t waste ur money…find an independent contractor go for the little guys … cause these big cats are gonna take every penny u got .. but hey don’t worry they have financing… 👀👀👀👀

The representative from Superior Air, Jimi, was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He not only did a great job with the service, but he was also very patient and kind with my inquisitive daughter and our pets. It was a real pleasure working with him! We have only had very positive experiences with Superior Air and their services.
No integrity with this company tech said I needed a new ac unit called an independent ac guy I just needed freon the new unit would have cost at least eight thousand I got it cleaned and charged for three hundred
Got me in 2 days early and on a Saturday because of a cancelation. Prompt, professional and immediately identified the problem and replaced the capacitor. Also, the service call fee was waived bc they let me sign up for a 16 dollar per month service at the same time I called. MR. Baxter, the technician, was awesome! I found them randomly with a Google search and could not be more satisfied!!!
Always on time. Very professional and friendly.. they always explain very throughly what they've done. Never pushy. And they do not hurry the service.
Superior Air did a full 2 system install for me and they did an incredible job. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. At all points in time they were able to communicate any issues and were quick to resolve them if they arose. Overall a great experience.

Have used this company for years. Service is always thorough and servicemen are always polite. Explanation of all preventive maintenance and condition of units is provided with anticipated life span. Offers of additional services are given, but without pressure to buy.
Showed up early and cleaned AC and replaced filters in heater in garage. Nice young man!
