I knew from meeting Danny and seeing his estimate that I would go with Robison for my new HVAC system. So my first thanks is to Danny. Then thanks to Mike for letting me reschedule due to weather. My installers, Eddie and Nick were timely, professional and courteous. They did a great job and it was not an easy installation. Finally, Kim cheerfully took my payment. I am SO glad I went with Robison Air and I would recommend them highly. Many thanks to you all!

This company was quick to respond and very professional. They fixed my AC completely by replacing one crimped pipe/valve and refilling the refrigerant. This, when another company told me I needed a new compressor. Robison is my new heat and air go to!

Our A/C went out, we called Robison Air at 7:30am & had a very kind, efficient & professional tech at our home by 1:20pm. This gentleman had our A/C fixed with a part replacement within 30 min. Very reasonably priced. Service could not have been better! Thank you.

I would highly recommend Robison Air! Danny is our sales rep; he looked at what we had and made suggestions on what he thought we needed based on our wants. He was not the "average" salesperson who tried to push the most expensive unit on us. He listened to what we wanted. We got a fair price for what we had installed - AC/furnace, sealing of ductwork, update the plenum and a new air return. He is also working on the PSO rebate for us. We also liked that this company is still locally owned and not "corporate". The technicians, James and Eddy, were great! They were professional, courteous, friendly and very conscientious about our home. The installation was performed in a timely manner, looks great and they cleaned/vacuumed everything before leaving. The system is working perfectly even on these 100⁰+ days. We just received our 1st electric bill from mid June to mid July and our usage was cut in half from last year, the same range. Mike Robison and his team have installed six Trane units for me over a span of 10 years in rental and personal properties. They have always given a fair deal professional installation and excellent follow-up service if needed. Ductwork was required on three of the units and they were clean and precisely placed. I would not hesitate to recommend Robison air for any HVAC project.
I had a new HVAC system installed and return vent added today and Nick and Eddie did great! I was originally told that it would take a full day or even a day and a half to complete but they knocked it out before 3 P.M. I couldn’t be more happy with the finally result. Everything looks cleanly installed and they picked up their all of their mess before leaving. Robison was even cheaper than some of the competitors for the same unit (the ones I got quotes from). Would highly recommend Robison for all your needs especially a new HVAC system installation.
I have used Robison Air for years. The techs always do a good job, are friendly and communicative, and after my interactions I feel that they are trustworthy.
The receptionist would not even put me on the schedule. She just repeated that they are booked two weeks out. She was unpleasant and didn’t even care to try to help. Air comfort solutions were more than happy to help. Go Jason White!!!
Great prices and great crew. Showed up on-time, took on the challenge left from the previous installation. Cleaned up before they left ( even vacuumed!). Great experience.
I worked with Danny (salesman) who came out for an estimate for a new Trane AC/Heater combo with new ducting. He gave me a good estimate and was able to have it installed right away. The two gentleman he sent to do the work were very polite and did a fantastic job of installing everything brand new. They also took the time to clean up and test the new AC and heater. Danny came back the next day to inspect the work and said he was going to have the guys come out and put decorative rocks around the unit to make it look better. I was pleasantly pleased by this offer. So far everything is working perfect. I used Airco 3 years ago and bought a brand new Lennox AC and Heater combo and had nothing but trouble every single summer. It never kept my home below 82 degrees in the summer and they made excuse after excuse and still was never able to fix the problem. I gave up on them and went with a brand new Trane from Robison Air and I have high hopes that I will be able to stay cool finally this summer. My previous unit was a Trane that kept my house cool every summer, before it finally went out and I replaced it with a Lennox from Airco. Was a huge waste of over $7500 3 years ago and they sent multiple techs put who never bothered to fix the issue. I hope this unit will be a great one like my previous Trane was. They replaced all of my ducting and installed the new unit in 1 day. I was very surprised and happy with the attention to detail. I will update my review if the unit has problems keeping the house cool this summer but the customer service from Danny and his 2 helpers was fantastic. Thank you Robison Air! Big thanks to Danny and his guys he sent out! I will be recommending Robison Air thanks to the excellent work performed at a great price. 👍

I used Robison Air for a new furnace and was very pleased.Their price was $2500.00 less than another company I checked with. The installers were here on time and very polite.They new their job and completed it quickly.I called to have the fan speed adjusted and the tech was here the next morning.T Very impressed.😎
