I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.
Walked in to an 82F house yesterday at around 1600. It was way too late to diagnose and then hunt down parts. Ready was there within the hour, and the tech was fast and professional. I could not have asked for better service. Great job, Delno!
On time and professional. Gave me an estimate before starting any work. Once I approved of the suggestions, he immediately started working to get my unit cooling again. It's nice to have a COOL house and not pay outrageous prices. Highly recommend!
Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!
we had a plumbing leak in our bedroom and it was difficult to diagnose where the problem was coming from. Bryon and Teddy worked diligently to find the problem. They were able to fix the problem with minimal invasion to the house structure. Of course this happened over the new year holiday/weekend but they were willing to work overtime to get it repaired for us. I would recommend them to anyone. they were courteous and very professional. Will definately call on them again.

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, "Hey, the fan stopped spinning." He immediately replied, "I'll be there tomorrow morning." (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!
They were on time and fixed the issue. I had another issue after the guy left and Tony got ahold of me and got it fixed ASAP! They are fair and honest! Great company!

Great company! I use them for our commercial locations and they are incredibly reliable & professional. Tony is always available & they have rescued us on several occasions. Highly recommend!
Tech worked diligently to fix leak and subsequent problems with water heater,
Save yourself the frustration and call someone else. They no-showed, and didn’t even reach out. After 30 minutes past time they said they’d arrive I called for an update to be rescheduled. That happened 3 times. They didn’t reach out to at least give me a head’s up, and even copped an attitude on the phone when I asked for a real time that they would actually arrive. Then the tech was rude to my girlfriend, as I was out of town the day they finally got around to doing the work. He then called me and said he’d be back to finish a fan cleaning. Of course he never showed. Glad to be done with this company. Complete lack of professionalism and class.
I requested service through American home shield because my water heater wasn’t working. I got a call from tony a day later he scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Gary came out fixed the problem out hot water was working again but unfortunately the sea lent on some threads wasn’t good so a small gas leak a few hours late gary came by to fix at 7pm. I appreciate these guys hard work. Everything from the service manger to to the technician overall easy and great experience
Ready Services is an ok mechanical company, I am a supporter of this company because the owners are black and because of good people like Anthony that is all. Scotty doesn't understand buisness or respect and their is alot of mistakes made in the office.
Great service. Both me and my Mother have used this company and both of us were very pleased. Their techs are honest and very informative. It's a great company and will continue to use them in the future.
