I highly recommend Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. We had two units installed on our home and they have done an amazing job at installing, and taking care of all of our HVAC needs. They are literally a call away. Every technician we have had the pleasure to meet has been very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. (To name a few, Dani R., John W., Joshua G., Kaylub B., and Tim H.) Also, with our busy day to day life, we tend to forget about the PM of our HVAC, but QHCP makes sure to call and remind us to schedule your appointment. I highly recommend Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I know my HVAC is in good hands.
Technician was extremely courteous and friendly. Performed maintenance and inspected an old second unit for me. Showed me pictures of all the work and made recommendations. Highly recommend

They came out I paid for 2 service calls I'm a disabled veteran it's rough out here struggling I've been dealing with quality heating there for a couple years I had to install a unit outside 2 years ago God came over I had to pay for 2 service calls I heard a art and smoke store coming out my unit it's rough out here look like I'm gonna go through the whole summer with no AC and I'm a senior citizen that's really really hurts

The Quality twch Gage came out on time for our Sunday morning 8 am appointment.we had a broken water pipe that led to the exterior of the house. He assessed the repair quickly provided me with the price and immediately gathered some more specialized parts needed to do the repairs. When he returned, he repaired the work efficiently and very unobtrusively. The price per job rather than hourly rate used by quality meant the job was priced up front and never changed once agreed to. Everything was effortless and the repair was fast and effective. Gage did a great job. I will reuse them again.

We had a good experience with their service when we had a condenser go out on one of our AC units, so we decided to pay for the service plan. Little did we know that the reason it’s so inexpensive is because they use it as a tool to sell you more services. They don’t even change your air filters without charging extra. They left us a long list of things they need to do that will cost us more money. We *might* call them for service if something breaks in the future, but we will not pay for the service plan again.
Technician Dani was courteous and professional. She had great knowledge and was helpful when recommending future repairs. She did a thorough job cleaning the unit.
I am really sad that I missed out on waiving the service fee, but that's my own fault for not mentioning I saw it online before calling. The repair man was polite, on time, and provided us with a lot of helpful information. No repairs ended up being needed, but if they are in the future, we will call them. Thank you for coming out on such short notice also, it was much appreciated.
