Showed up at my house said in need to replace a few things and gave me a 1200 dollar estimate. Fixed it my self for 50. It was none of the parts he said it was. Never calling them again
I am sending this review in for my senior parents Marion and Marilyne Akin..... This was our first time using Master Service with no regrets. We had all new heat and air units installed by Julio and Josh. They were very professional, informative and a pleasure to have in our home. They didn't seem to mind my following them around, watching them work and asking questions. They were very thorough in their explanations and even showed me things to check before calling for help should a problem arise. They made their time very enjoyable while they were here, I enjoyed visit with them while they worked. I most definitely will refer Master Service to my friends and family. Justin came and in minutes knew what was needed for our furnace and was able to fix it. Fast & friendly service. I will definitely use Master Service again.

Our unit decided to randomly quit working and Steve came to the rescue! Great rates for a Saturday! He made it to us pretty quick and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 mins! So glad to have our heat and air back!

Been using Master Service for years. When I got home one morning we needed service on our unit, called it in and Mike came out and dignosed the problem that would be costly on a old unit, he called Tim to give us pricing for a new unit and he was very helpful and even brought Consumer Reports for us to see the ratings,the next morning Josh and Mike came to do the install and left everything clean. Within 24 hours we had cool air again. Thank you Mike ,Josh and Tim

I had a very good experience with this company. Tim was very helpful & walked me thru everything. The install for our new heat & air unit plus furnace took less then a day & they cleaned everything up when done. I am completely satisfied with the company & the price was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any hesting or cooling services. The whole crew was a joy.

Was very pleased at how fast they got a guy out within 2 hours on a Saturday morning and I actually talked to a real person! Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything. Plus, the service charge was surprisingly reasonable! I'm not going to bother with Airco Service anymore. Thanks y'all!

We first spoke with Tim who gave us our estimate for both furnace and a/c, we found his to be the best out of 3 places, then Julio and Josh came by brought in everything and had everything completed and working in hours! We will recommend this company to any who ask! Super nice, accommodating, and courteous!
I spoke with my landlord at 8:50 p.m., and told him we were melting over here. Justin was here about 10:20 p.m. and had the a/c running by 11:00. He’ll be back in the morning with a fan blade and motor to complete the repair. Really happy we don’t have to sweat out the night! Thanks, Justin!
