First time to use KMS since Dave's Air & Heat retired. They were good about checking out several options when it became obvious my unit needed replacing. The day the crew came out, they arrived promptly, worked diligently and cleaned up when they finished. They kept me apprised of what they were doing and answered all questions I had. I am very pleased with their service and my new unit is quiet and works great.
Came out and fixed my pool heater. Fast and professional service.
Too busy to help. 2 weeks out. Need more help. Little rude on the phone. They always push for overtime hours. Disappointed

We have been with KMS over 20 yrs. They are absolutely a wonderful company. We never had to be afraid of being misled. They are very honest, professional, on time, reasonably priced, and are quick and accurate with their diagnosis. The management and staff are great to work with. They are professional, friendly, and they have a caring attitude - they go the extra mile. I work at Christ for Humanity, we have 5 heating and AC units, and in over 20+ years we have had diverse problems with our 1970's units, they never pushed a sale on a new unit. But once all had been said and done, and all the avenues were exhausted, then we had that discussion. They are NOT pushy salesmen! In over 20+ years I DO NOT not have one negative thing to say. Although this was the week of New Years Eve, the schedular was able to assign Jason to repair our heating system the day following our request. Jason arrived early, inspected the system and quickly identified the need and was able to repair the heating system before noon. He was polite, friendly and professional.
Our school has used KMS for many years now and have never been disappointed. They have done their best to work us in promptly on emergency calls. All of their employees have been very professional and quick to solve the issue after arriving. Very impressed by the employees and the HR department who finds such good candidates consistently.

I highly recommend KMS. Our AC at our business went out yesterday late afternoon. We called them at 4 pm, they answered right away and had someone out at 9:30 am next day. AJ had it fixed in less than an hour. Replaced the capacitor and blown fuse. This is the second time we have used KMS and are very pleased with everything.

K&M Shilingford is the very best of the best for your all your plumbing needs. I am not your average customer. I’ve been a remodel contractor for many years as well as a maintenance manager for a local school program that had three schools and senior maintenance for a Tulsa county housing program. So if I call for help it’s because it’s an issue that has me flummoxed. Today I had an issue with a brand new water heater that I installed. I’ve installed hundreds of water heaters in the past 30 years and probably right at a hundred just in the past 3 years. So I’m quite experienced with many types of water heater. I couldn’t get it to work. They sent a technician out who within 30 minutes had it working. This is because they are the best most knowledgeable plumbers I’ve ever worked with. When I managed three schools I hired them as the subcontractor for all of our most complex systems. Whether it was the typical HVAC or the most complex system that combines HVAC with the plumbing, geothermal systems. I am telling all who read this that they will without any doubt fix your issues. They are the most economical company, they are all professional from The office to the techs. They will never charge you for something you don’t need and will fix it right the first time and not need to return for the same issue multiple times. They will diagnose your systems accurately every time and if they suggest something it’s because it will save you time and money in the future. As a contractor I typically am under budget constraints that are much more stringent than an average home owner. K&M has always met my prices. Are they cheap? No!! They are fair priced with services that exceed their prices. If you have a tech that is knowledgeable then they fix it and it doesn’t breakdown again. I’ve never had one problem they had to come back for due to their workmanship. Please if you’re tired of guessing who to call , especially in an emergency, call K&M. You won’t be disappointed.

This is honestly one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. I had a good history of them working with me in the past. They installed the original geo unit in my house so I have continued to do business with them just based on familiarity alone. About 10 years ago, we had a misunderstanding about payment method after installing a new external pump. They used the card on file which was expired after I told them to bill me directly and not by my card on file (I was between debit cards at the moment). This eventually resulted in a late payment. Never went to collections. Following year, I scheduled an appointment, tech came over and serviced my geo. After service, he told me he had orders to collect cash payment for the service. One of the few times I actually had that much cash on me in my life. Wasnt happy that fact wasnt disclosed until afterwards, but I collected my receipt and went about my day. About 6 weeks later I received a nasty letter saying that they were going to take me to collections on the payment that I already paid in cash. I call them, tell them I have paid that bill, in full, the very day of service. I was asked to take a picture of the receipt, and send it to them. While doing that, I realized that I actually overpaid (according to their invoice) by $1. Lol. After sending the pic of the receipt, I jokingly told them how i expected that overpaid dollar to be returned to me. Later, that year...I called to have the geo serviced again and was told that they have a no service tag on my address due to late payment. Honestly, I didnt even argue with them. I didnt want to waste another minute of my time on them. These people are clowns. Everytime someone came out, it was always a different person and it seemed like every tech they sent out knew less and less about the unit. I took that all in stride. Despite the high cost service calls. Or the fact that their techs would charge me extra on labor, and even it out by undercharging me for freon (mo

Horrible service. No one answers your phone, when they called me back 2 weeks later to schedule me, they said another 2 weeks. Came out to look at the unit for 5 minutes and said they had to order a part and wouldn’t schedule me until the part came in. I made a big fuss that if they know it takes 5 days for the part to come in, then schedule me for a week. The part came in and they claimed it didn’t. I know it came on because the manufacturer gave me tracking information. Came out to put the part and they said it needs another part. The other part came in a week ago and still haven’t been scheduled. I know it came in because of the manufacturer. This has been going on for 2 months now and it was for my pool heater which I clearly don’t need to use anymore.
