Our furnace went out and we were afraid we would have to replace it. But Mr Roberts found the problem, replaced the thermostat at no charge and cleaned the coil for better air flow. He was quick and friendly. I used his previous reviews to call his company for the service call and am happy that he was all that and a bag of chips. Will be using his company for our AC unit in the spring.
Problems with newly installed AC condenser are being corrected in a professional and timely fashion.
Nate is absolutely the best we have ever used for HVAC maintenance. We plan to continue using him for all such work, repair, or installation.

UPDATE: Once again I called my repair guys and they set me up an appointment, same day. Fixed my HEAT and Ricky had the house warm quick. Thank you again COOL DOWN MECHANIC'S Nate was amazing. Saved me and my three grandkids from the heat. Kind and courteous, got the job done and took the time to show me the problem. If you need a professional give them a call.

If you need a reliable professional service for you heating and cooling needs, this is your Company! Nate was very professional and showed such a kind and caring manner. He did a very thorough job making sure my heating system was in top condition for the cold weather coming soon. He also cleaned up after he was finished and he explained and answered all my questions! Give them a call and if Nate comes to service your system, you will be in great hands! I definitely will be using them for all my heating and cooling systems’ need! Excellent service with smile!
I literally cannot say enough good things about this company. If I could give Nate & Cool Down Mechanical 10 stars, I would. Nate is such a great guy. He is so professional, friendly & patient. He takes time to explain the problem & answers every question honestly. We have a home warranty but after having a couple disastrous experiences with home warranty contractors & going 8 weeks without upstairs ac last summer, we decided to just give Nate a call & im so glad we did because it was worth it. It was a quick simple fix & we didn’t have to go long without ac this time. We are so grateful. He’s been out to my house a couple times now & it’s 5 stars every time. I will recommend Nate at Cool Down to everyone I know!
