Brian’s Heating and Air installed my furnace and air conditioning unit 12 years ago and any problems that I have had throughout the years he was more than willing to help me fix two of the little problems over the phone which I was quoted a couple of hundred dollars from other companies to come out and fix so that’s an example of the honesty and integrity that I have personally experienced for being a customer of Brian. And the other issue that I had a few years back he came out the next day and was able to get fixed in like 45 minutes but I had decided to search the internet just see what the going rate is for that type of a furnace job is and Brian’s price was still $80 lower than the bottom rate that I found online!
I had exceptional service with Brian’s Heat & Air. He was always polite and does a good job. Would highly recommend, they have fixed all my problems and also gave me advice how to keep my AC running.
We have used Brian's at our last 2 homes. They are always fair, honest and do not try to upsell you. Our new home has a home warranty and Brian's will not deal with home warranties at all - no exceptions. They will not even speak to them just to give verbal diagnosis. I found this policy very disheartening considering all that would be required of the technician is to be handed the phone (with the representative already on the phone) to give the official diagnosis of the problem they found to the representative and then hand phone back to home owner. I hope they reconsider and change this policy to at least include giving a verbal diagnosis to home warranty companies. I gave them 2 stars just because of the policy - not their work.

Definitely recommend this company! He made room for our service call when all the other companies were quoting the end of next week. Brian diagnosed the problem quickly, did excellent work, and kept us advised on the repairs. Good communication and fair price. He is our new “go to” guy for hvac issues!

When the initial problem didn't resolve my AC Brian was quick to come back and take care of the problem at no charge. Thank you again Brian. Update he had to come out again some electrical and breakers and lots of work. I have a 10 month old grand daughter and he came on a Sunday and spent several hours. So grateful. His price was reasonable too.

I called Brian'sHeatandAir when I heard strange noises coming from my heater and air conditioner when I turned them on. Brian wanted to come out later that day but I unfortunately wasn't available. You can't call a service company and usually be able to get someone to come over on the same day. Brian came out the next day and found that my furnace motor was old and not working anymore. Brian and Jeff replaced it along with a lever on my water heater that was leaking and replacing the burnt out motor in my air conditioner. The price was very reasonable. Much better than having to replace both units. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend Brian'sHeatandAir to my family, friends and neighbors any day.

We called Brian's Heat and Air this morning at 9:30 am because our heat would not come on Saturday when we went to turn it on they were here and had it fixed by 2:45 pm our repairman was Mike and he was fantastic . I would strongly suggest this company to anyone needing Heat and Air work done.
Brian's service tech replaced the motor and fan on my older AC. All work was done quickly and A/C was cooling again. I asked for a detail receipt for work done to get reimbursed by my insurance for a portion of repair costs. I can recommend Brian's heat and air for dependable service.
Brian responded to my call within minutes on a Monday morning. Here is my Story Our AC unit finally fail after 28 years. I thought I could stick it out till fall season, but this Oklahoma heat wave would not break. My family was not enjoying an 80-degree plus house. So, after I contacted Brian, he stopped by that morning, surveyed my situation, gave us a price, and scheduled the installation that day. I was second on his work schedule that day. Well, a thunderstorm moved in around noon, to my surprise upon arriving home from work at 3pm, Brian was hard at work removing my 5-ton unit with helper hold an umbrella over his head. So, with the storm delay, the job was only half done at 5pm. Brian had to stop the repair for family commitments. Well, it looked like another night in the heat and humidity. I was wrong, Brian showed back up with his family in tow and finished the job around 9:30pm. Above and Beyond to this 5-star gentlemen. A very Happy customer. Thank You Brian!!!!!
I’d give 6 starts if Google let me. Brian came out and did an excellent job! Can’t recommend this man and his team enough! Would use this company again! And I’d recommend them to anyone that needs their heat or AC serviced. Thank you Brian! I really appreciate it!!!!
I can't say enough about the quality service, professionalism, and fair prices of this company. I have had parts of my HVAC system replaced and damage cause by critters and an unruly dog repaired by Brian and his team. I would not call anyone else. I have the greatest respect that Brian could charge more, like the big guys, but instead protects his customers with low prices and quality work. You just can't go wrong by calling these guys.
Brian is always on time, helps in a pinch where he can, and does quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend Brian's Heat and Air for any of your HVAC needs.
