The power button on my washer went out. I ordered the front interface but what came was the main mother board. I ask them to order the front interface again but when it came it was missing the power button. I was told I can not order anymore with them. I called sears and they are sending me the front interface that includes the power button. I’m not sure why their interface does not include the power button. I’m just trying to get my washer fixed that has been down a week now because yours parts and not matching the manufacturer. The attitude I was given today made me never want to go back!

HVAC Tech here. I've been to just about every other supply house in town and I gotta say, I love coming here more than anywhere else in the greater Tulsa area. Staff are all awesome, but especially Cason. He's knowledgeable, but more important to me, the guy is super friendly and sociable. Every time I've been in, he's always made my experience an awesome one. Plus, their prices are the best in town that I've found. Hands down, my go-to supply house from now on. Can't recommend them highly enough. Go check them out for yourself
Have you seen these guys more than once and they are always extremely helpful! If they don't have it, or can't get it, they can always tell me where I can go. And their prices are reasonable.

The only place I know that has 4 people behind the counter and one will ALWAYS stop what they are doing and help vs. making you wait for the next rep to help you. Great customer service and easy to locate parts for the DIY type of person. Been here 3 times in past two years to replace my condensors and fan motor for two ac units. They didnt treat me like an amateur, even though I am, and got the right parts in seconds. Watched them go through about 15 people in about 5 minutes time. Super fast. Long story short, it is rare to get decent retail service these days but you will no problems at Associated. Wish all businesses worked on this model! ZERO COMPLAINTS!
Don’t have this place order parts and then try Too return them. They are very rude and will tell they won’t return What they call special order parts.
When you can't find someone for the right price you will here. Came to the rescue again and I am very satisfied.
